I drive in once a month to pay my storage and now certain place won't accept cash. But the 3852 e Charleston does. The young women that run the desk they need to have one in each store. What a great person. She told me things I'm sure others were supposed but I felt like a new person when I walk out. Great person know how to talk to the public.i haven't seen this in along time. No matter what hold on to this employee shes a great person. Thank you so much for helping out today I'll never forget your kindness.

The manager here at our facility goes above and beyond her job duties to ensure that her customer's needs are met with a friendly smile and listening ears. It is always clean and if a problem arises they respond promptly and act quickly. My neighbor's unit had a small leak and they were had it repaired immediately and was asking me about any damages I may have incurred. If you are looking for a storage unit for now or a lengthy stay this is where you want to call first. Our facility is rat and bug free.
They lied saying pay for the full month and if I let them know when I'll be out there would refund some. I ask how long the refund takes they say we never refunded you 😡

There is only 1 thing that separates public storage from the rest. Customer service. I was in-between homes, with a tight schedule, not sure how i was going to make things work. Yesenia was very accommodating and made my life so much easier. I thought I was alone, but public storage had my back. 5 stars.

Never anybody in office. Nobody picks up phone!, nobody works at this place; you don't have employees in an office during business hours! The access code didn’t work, I went to the office and the main door was locket; around 15 minutes waiting for a help and a big girl come out to the office; I trying to ask her for help but she was rude as hell, and told me that if I want her help I would need to wait 45 minutes, if not, I would have to call 1800 number. The storage management can easily save the payroll for that person; paying her for doing nothing, maybe Just helping you to lost your customers and the reputation of the company; I do prefer dealing with automated system that seeing that face, they enjoy receiving my money but showing no respect for me. She is not a human being.
I like the service and the cleanliness and the price.
I moved out on the day my lease was up and they still charge me for the next month.. UPDATE AS OF LAST SUNDAY THE AREA manager reached out to me Jenn, And cleared up the issue, as for Jessica the first person that I spoke to over the phone who was very rude very unprofessional should be reprimanded for the way she treated me. Jen went above and beyond and made me feel like a welcomed customer still the company should reflect more into their training for their other managers because they need more Jenn's

HI YESTERDAY I HAD A VERY GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ON-SITE MANAGER DEBBIE. DEBBIE HAD VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE HELPED ME OUT WITH EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO MOVE IN MY NEW UNIT IM VERY SATISFIED AFTER ALL IM GIVING 5 STARS FOR GREAT SERVICE AND WISH I COULD GIVE AN EXTRA 5 STARS FOR VERY CLEAN UNIT.
Oh my God I had never delt with someone like Debbie before it was a refreshing experience. My dad and I stopped in to see two units and she took the time and showed us both units. My dad has breathing issues and Debbie saw that and asked if he needs to rest in-between units. Of course my dad is hard headed and told her no we can keep going. And Debbie took her time and slowly walked with him. I had never experienced that kid of empathy in Las Vegas before unless you are paying them. He told me today that he like that young lady at the Charleston location. Mind you we don't live by that location. There are storage spaces closer to us. And she even checked other properties for us. But he has his mind set.. just wanted to share my story

While scrolling down through the Storage Companies listed near me I found a great deal on a 10×10 unit that suits my needs for short term storage. I was met at the office by the Manager Yesenia...I reserved online and she guided me through the rental procedure with precise and top notch Customer Service. All my receipts were e-mailed to me as well as my individual gate code with Unit number. This was the smoothest and by far the best storage rental experience throughout the years of using these kind of business services. If you live in the area and are in the market for storage space I highly recommend visiting Yesenia for the same outstanding service that I received! 👍🏼👍🏼A+ 🌟

I have to update my original review. As you might know I am a Stage 4 Cancer patient. After a difficult and 2 months hospital stay I was not aware that my payments for my unit were behind one month and the month of August was due as well. When I checked my email I saw a message that read my unit would be up for auction toward the end of the month. I called and arranged to make a payment in person. I waited over a half an hour because the office was locked and empty. I called and left a message and waited another 15 mins. I saw a lady coming to the office who was clearly working on the property. Debbie was friendly and greeted me asking how long I was waiting. I made a payment and she recommended that because of the emergency situation that caused the lack of payment that I should try to have the Lien charge waived. Denied. This company is in the habit of only staffing one employee in the office and expects them to service the grounds, check people in and out for units and handle.the phone calls as well. I explained my case to her and it just so happened that she was also a cancer patient with lymphoma that traveled to her breasts. The company is aware of her illness and still expects her to complete all of her tasks. BTW...there is no Manager ever at any location so the employees have to field angree or disgruntled patrons. The late fee was $21 for both months and an almost $58 lien fee. Totaling over $350 for actually being a month behind. So I urge any customer to read the entire contract and ask about hidden fees and policies before leasing space for storage. ESPECIALLY with Public Storage.

RATS...RATS...DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! THEY HAVE RATS! I had Public storage for over 1 year at another location on Rainbow and Cheyenne and it was perfect. I moved here to the Charleston location because it was closer to me, and had my stuff in here for 4 months and came in to find my stuff damaged by rat feces and them destroying my stuff. It smelled disgusting. They chewed through my shoes and clothes. AND ANYTHING ELSE THEY COULD FIND. I spoke to the property manager and they told me not to worry that the insurance would cover THAT WAS A LIE. They do not cover rodent damage. I asked to at least get my money back 5 months equaling a little over $800 which was nothing close to what had been damaged. They told me the "area leader" would reach out to me in 48 hours but they never got back to me, and I received an email offering me a $50 credit for a future month. RIDICULOUS! Everything I had in here I had at the other location on Rainbow and Cheyenne and I never had any issues. DO NOT RENT HERE. My family helped me take what I could recover after checking box by box. Paid a lot of money to store my stuff just for me to end up losing it.

Yesenia is a hard worker, I would see her walk the property couple times during the day picking up trash and also removing what other customers left out. She is very helpful in filling out the forms and showing you to the unit.
