On november 15, 2024 I went to my storage and was not able to get in there was a note covering gate saying closed 11/14/2024, but it was the 15th when I went orange cones blocking gate as well pushing #3 on customer service doesn't work. Talked to someone and said they were emailing property manager and they would get back to me, still no response I am so angry that my rent there is paided and I have to wait no notice from the property on it being closed or nothing this is totally unexceptable.
Worst storage place. Their office hours online show 9:30am - 6 pm but every single time I come to speak with the office there is no one here doors are locked and no assistant is available no matter what day of the week or time. This is the 7th time this has happened to me where I show up during “business hours” and no one is here. I paid my fees two weeks ago and they still have their lock on my unit. I gave them more than enough time to remove their lock and replace mine. Now I have no access to my things. When I call them it only gives me the option to leave a voicemail. Hours of gate access do not allow working people time to access unit. It’s terrible. Do not rent here!!!! Zero stars.

When I was looking for a place to hold property I needed out of my way that day this place with 9 to 5(6) hours didn't seem like a first, second, or third choice even. But a dollar for a month is hard to turn down. I gravitated to Vegas, personally despising daytime hours, so expected to use this month and be gone before its over. They require nothing more of you, so it's perfectly fair. They also warn that with one property manager on site sometimes they have to step away, but the initial phone call even, the gentlemen asked if there was a time i might drop by, and they'd have someone make a point of being there. I didnt, but right away it was a courteous gesture that caught me off guard. i didnt expect it but was impressed. When i made up my mind and chose the eastern location of public storage, and arrived without warning, since my first day and now onto my 4th or 5th month, Andreas been there pretty much every single time. And anything and everything she could do to help shes done. I thought there was a new gentlemen there today, asking if he's managing today, and he responded that, "no, she'll be right back." I was pretty happy hearing that it probably meant it was still her. I would be happy with 24/7 access, but the peace of mind in this city goes along ways for me, for certain. When I swapped locks out once, I got a call a day or two later. Doing her rounds she'd recognized that it wasnt the same one. It was barely my first full month but she already familiarized/memorized my lock and realized that it wasn't the same. So she wanted to give me a chance to verify it was my lock and someone hadn't broken in and just thrown another one on there. I'm super ADD and forgetful af(seriously they were testing me to verify i belonged in the challenged classes before moving me, only to find out i belonged in all honors and was just bored so unfocused. no joke), so I arrived twice without a key maybe twice more with the wrong one and new i had other locks but couldn't rememeber if i swapped them. she patiently waited and walked me back to unlock the secondary lock they placed to keep my property safe in case it wasn't mine each time. Theres no doubts that my property is being well taken care of here. Today I left my phone locked right in my unit after 6 so yet again she's saved me tail letting me back in because i forgot something and as always completely friendly and kind. I'd understand being annoyed with my needs/requests. But never once. I annoy myself. I can't count the number of times she's walked to the back to help me out or make up for something i forgot or mixed up. Def phenomenal service that far outweighs any and every reason to go anywhere else. 👏 I'm not saying anyone should come here and abuse their kindness. I potentially may need as much of their time as possible so don't monopolize it or i'm seriously screwed. But if you do need to store something, choose this place and everyonce in a while you can expect to get your tail saved too, maybe. Or know you're properties being guarded by someone who is actually trying, definitely. Or just count on service that far outweighs what you'd expect from a place named "public storage" and offers a single dollar for the first month, that is actually an awesome deal, and completely fair af. And if you don't agree with me, then you really can just pack up and move on before a second month, and ever paying another cent......I'm pretty sure 🤔
This storage is one of the worst business I ever known when it comes to communicate. They can called me . But! I can't talk to anyone when I tried to return their called.
Changing my review, had this storage for about 2 years now. Used to be great, now not so much. When first getting the storage was great and was very helpful. Now 2 years later rent has gone up to $250. Hours of gate access is horrible for the ones of us that work those exact hrs. Never any time to get to storage. Was getting something out yesterday and left just a little after gates close at 6pm. Was sent an email about not being able to leave after gates close. What you want me to do sleep there? In the email this is what was said " Our convenient access hours provide plenty of oppurtunity for you to get to your space." How is that convenient for the ones of us that work 10-6pm. No access. Mind you I got there at 5pm and was waiting on someone to come to help me move something out, they didn't get there till 5:45.
Andrea has been an unbelievable human being to do business with. I can sleep peacefully at night knowing I have my belonging with such trusted folk. Love you Andrea!
Andrea the manager on duty was great, very helpful and even made sure to call me the following day to say she thought she put me into the wrong unit or dif than the 1 shown. I told her I figured it out and it was no problem. Staff is great, place is clean and climate controlled, and affordable.
Poor open hours. Very limited. No trash recepticals.
There's never a manager at this location, I've came here for 3 days straight and there's no one here to attend me
Andrea showed me many units that just were not the right fit or price so I did have to go to another public storage but Andrea helped me and answered all my questions. She's amazing!

Dont do it! It's not worth it.
You'll be paying out way more a month than you expected and the rent changes and continues to go up.
You'll be paying out almost $300+ just for a 10 by 10 eventually.
You cant even see your belongings after 5pm.
Somtimes even 4pm on the weekends.
Best believe they blast your notifications and call you upset if you happen to show up at your storage 30 min before closing just to check on your belongings.
Pay close attention to what you sign here.
Dont fall for the App either.
It glitches, logs you out and is difficult to get any sort of help from it.
Dont make the mistake I made, look elsewhere.
Terrible management I'm handy capped and I called management on the 31st told them the unit was empty and I needed to clean the trash out and get my lock I would be there on the 1st to clean it out i was told if i wasn't there in 30 min i would have to pay the whole month i told her once again im handy capped and could never get there in 30 min she told me she didnt care and a month later there still harasing me for a months rent after they robbed me for my deposit and my 25.00 lock I bought from them +the lady was as rude a person I have ever met I would not recamend this storge to anyone

Beginning to see problems at this location frequently. They can't input my information correctly, even though I've been in office personally twice to make sure it's fixed. Good luck ever having anyone actually in this office. Now my monthly rental amount has gone up AGAIN, with no notice sent to me regarding this. Can't get an intelligent answer anywhere about what's happening. Although I did receive an email shunning me for exiting the property approx 7 minutes late. A warning! I feel cheated and will be looking to find a new storage where actual people come to work more than 2 hours a day and know how to input data correctly
I've been there almost a year now. The office assistant was very helpful and they check on the property for security. It's been a good experience
Waiting outside for 3 hours so they could unlock my unit don't know if they decided to go home early or were just sleeping in the back. This will be the last month I use this company.
It was quick to do the rental tour and paperwork.
I have been renting here for several years. The service started out great, but it has changed. Poor customer service now. Awful hours if you are a working person. the hours make it very difficult to use this facility. And the rates continue to substantially increase year after year. We had two units here, but have reduced to one, and we plan to leave this facility for one with better hours and a staff that actually try to solve problems.
Shelly was so kind and assisted me with a problem. I was going to vacate unit until she was able to help.... Now I am staying for longer. 😊

I rented a store room for 10 months while doing a addition to my home. This facility and its staff were awesome!!!! Very clean and secure inside and out. The rental process was quick, easy and affordable. The staff was always happy to see me and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend you check out this location for your storage needs!!!!
