From making the reservation, followed by the move-in; as well as, the move out process was super easy and convenient. Kathy was pleasant and she answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. We will be using this facility again next year to store my daughters dorm room belongings for the summer.
It's a nice storage facility you don't have to get out of the car to get into it , there's a light inside which most do not have I have no complaints they came in handy when I needed space

Customer services excellent. Went out of their way to help us in the office even though they were closed with our rental reservation when we ran into trouble online.
We’ve had a locker for a while and have had really nice interactions with Kathy. Every manager we ever dealt with has been really helpful. I think Michelle was the other manager. The property is clean and we feel safe. Hopefully they’ll fix the lights soon because it’s so hard to see.

I accidentally reserved a unit online at 5900 Rt 42 when I intended to reserve one at 2850 Rt 42. Nicole at 5900 Rt 42 and Kathy at 2850 Rt 42 were incredibly helpful - they worked together to get me a unit at the correct location. Both were professional, patient, and accommodating. I would highly recommend renting a unit at either of these Public Storage locations thanks to their outstanding customer service.

I needed a storage unit quickly for my vehicle (that had a broken window) before the rain came. Went to a different location with a kiosk and video person was not helpful except to direct me to this location 2820 Rt 42. Kathy was the kindest person with a lovely, welcoming smile. I was very stressed and Kathy took the time to explain everything about renting the unit, how to open and lock the unit, and how to use the app for easy enter/exit. Please give Kathy a raise because she is the main reason I would rent a storage unit again!

I highly recommend Public Storage located at 2820 Route 42 in Sicklerville NJ. Kathy and her team are amazing. I move around a lot for work and have used several storage facilities over the years and this team is the best by a mile! I recently relocated across the country and needed to get a Upack trailer in there for my packers to load and they went above and beyond to support me. The manager, Kathy was off the day of the move and her co worker Melanie couldn't have been more helpful. Kathy had briefed her on what was going on and she had everything handled by the time I arrived. Fantastic experience! Can't thank you enough!

The woman who helped me when I had questions about locking myself out of my unit was very, very helpful! They offer free lockout assistance once a month. However, I left me key in another state so she helped me find someone who could help me get in since I needed in there ASAP for movers to pack it up. Highly recommend.

Public Storage is the best. I've use them about 6 times over the last 20 years never had a problem and they have made the process even more convenient since covid. Setting up a unit without having to speak to anyone was very nice and they are always one of the best priced storage places.
