Public storage in General. 3/30/25 I rented a space online. Paid right away and went to the facility. Realizing I rented in the wrong location I called the manager. He called me back but I didn't pick up cause I did not recognize the phone number. Take everything bad I said because he took care of the problem for me. That was better customer service than calling the 800 number. Too bad he is the manager in the Paramus store and not in RP. He always had awesome professionalism and great customer service and still does give you the best customer service.. TGD
