I would definitely recommend anyone to rent a storage in Paramus (public storage ) I have been with them for a while and I love it. The prices are very reasonable. What a great storage facility due to the fantastic staff. Jose and Julius were both great in helping me find the ideal room that fits my storage needs. They made sure I got a great room at a bargain deal. The place is clean and orderly and everything works as it should. These guys are onsite and will actually help and accommodate you, should you need help with anything.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had to move around the country quite a bit, so I’ve become familiar with everything associated with packing my stuff, moving my stuff, and storing my stuff. There’s been exceptional from to start to finish, which is fantastic and something you know at “hello, how can I help you today?” There has also been a full on nightmare or two along the way. Times like that, give you perspective and makes you really appreciate great service when you receive it. That is exactly what I got from this Public Storage location. I had a fantastic experience. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. The location is perfect and there is plenty of room in the loading area. I have tons of glowing remarks for the site, but the real standout during my experience was working with Ethan. He provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend this location and asking for Ethan!

Public storage in General. 3/30/25 I rented a space online. Paid right away and went to the facility. Realizing I rented in the wrong location I called the manager. He called me back but I didn't pick up cause I did not recognize the phone number. Take everything bad I said because he took care of the problem for me. That was better customer service than calling the 800 number. Too bad he is the manager in the Paramus store and not in RP.
