Edited: DIRTY NEW UNIT~ I received great service prior to moving in but now we've moved our items into the unit we see the unit hasn't been cleaned and there is a LARGE amount of unknown dust on the floor of our unit which has made everything of ours FILTHY. I've posted a photo of the sparkling hallway walkway compared to our unit. Unsure if it is healthy to breathe in but now we have everything in there it's concerning. I will have to Swiffer this myself carefully to ensure no more of this stuff ends up on our personal belongings which we value.
NO PLOWING FOR LOT~After our first substantial Winter snow they didn't plow the lot to ensure it wasn't icy for guests coming and going.
Quite surprised for a brand new business. Thankfully this is temporary.

Today I've signed up at new location of Public Storage. Its completely new- 2. Perfect location because you'll skip downtown traffic. The parking garage is lager than on 2d str. And what is always plays critical role- is manager. Brad was very polite, proffessional and helped me with all my questions almost in 5 minutes. Sometimes Mondays are begin with good news
