I’ve been renting a unit with Public Storage for about a month now, and my experience has been great. The rental process was fast and easy, which I truly appreciated. I also want to highlight a recent experience that made me even more grateful for their customer service. Yesterday, I lost my car key while at the property, and although I didn’t catch her name, the woman working was kind enough to help me search for it. Her willingness to assist me during a stressful moment truly meant a lot. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

Fast and easy online rentals, paid for a local and it was inside my storage unit upon arrival. Very secure building with codes to access every door and elevator. Climate controlled too so that's perfect

I previously went to the other location in Fayetteville, but I was wanting this store , so I went and saw Julie, she was amazing. Thank you 5 star service for sure, my only red flag was the homeless lady sleeping outside if the office door. Super sketchy!!
