Carol was very polite and helped me set up the public storage app and she very sweet .
Absolutely the worst storage facility around. God forbid you are late making a payment. Understandable that a late fee is charged, but they drill out the lock that you purchased from them and force you to buy another one from them. I'm not talking months late. My mother died, and I had to cover her final expenses, so I was 20 days late. They locked me out of my unit, drill a brand new lock, forced me to buy another one of theirs, locked me out of the app, after I made the payment so I couldn't get in and out of the unit I just payed rent on until I purchased another lock from them. It's a system that lines the heartless owners pocket.

2025 - I am seeking a different storage facility than the one I have with Public Storage. In six years, my monthly storage payment (including insurance) has increased 288%. That's not an exaggeration! It's an annual increase of 41%. I started storing my items there in January 2018 for a $96.07 monthly payment. Yesterday, I received noticed that my monthly rate will be $277.00 as of March 1, 2025.
I changed my review from five starts to two. The staff at this location are great, and the facility is clean. I've been happy with the experience of storing my stuff there. However, there must be other facilities that offer quality service without these exponential rate increases.

I have had the storage unit for about a month. Tonight we went at 6pm to take stuff out . We are supposed to have access until 9pm. The door to get in the building locked the third time we went back to get more stuff. We were locked out of the building with our unit open inside. When we called customer service, 2 times they sent me to VM for a manager and nobody called me back. The third time I called the lady basically told me that we had to leave because they could not get a manager out to unlock the building so we could atleast lock our unit. While I was on the phone some man opened the gate with a crowbar and a car smelling like weed passed by real slowly. The man asked is we saw anything so we obviously said NO. We ended up leaving because there are illegal things happening there and it's not safe. The customer service sucked and our storage unit is staying open all night because they couldn't get someone out to open the building. If our stuff gets stolen , they will get sued. 0 stars for this place. I don't recommend it al all.

Got my storage yesterday and was pleased with the service and storage units. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and joyful and was able to complete my unit check-in much faster than most. Super happy. If there was 1 way to improve just a little it would be to enter the unit prior and give a quick sweep to the corners and walls to get rid of all the spider webs. Other than that, really happy.

They need to upgrade this storage facility. Water runs down the walls inside the units when it rains. Spiders & rats get into units. The rates also increase drastically the longer you're there. I would not recommend this particular location to store anything.
