Overall they do a great job keeping everything clean for the most part. There is a guy that lives in a front unit though, and there's two guys always standing in front of it, drunk, that yell things at me when I'm entering or leaving. Which I think could make some people uninterested in renting a unit. Other than that place is pretty clean and their is a public restroom.
