Sam is the best, very approachable, very helpful.
They increase the monthly payments by $10 every other month. It started out 30 + 15 insurance. I’m ow paying 50+15 insurance idk what the hidden agenda is behind that all about but it’s ridiculous

Horrible keep going up on prices as if people can afford to pay whatever they wanna charge don't matter if u pay on time.They overcharging because they can.Its shameful I will be removing ally things out in a week or two cause.Its not making sense.I truly hate I used these people and will be glad to NEVER have to use them again.Im.homeless and they just went up 70 more dollars sad.Money hungry company.Ugh.

This is the worse company to ever do business with. I started a contract with them 11/8/2023. When I arrived at the location they'd put my unit on the second floor after I'd advised them I'd be moving alone and could not use a second floor unit. I cancelled my service as soon as I arrived 11/9/2023. I connected with both the staff at the location as well as the corporate office over the phone. They were to issue me a refund via check. Today is 1/11/2024, after assuring me a full refund would be received, they now tell me that my refund will be reduced by 29.00 for an admin fee for a service I NEVER received after again assuring me a full refund in both November and December. Not only that, now I have to wait 6-8 more weeks for my money to be returned to me. This company is horrendous. I don't recommend anyone ever use this service.
1-3-20224 Best customer service, I think his name is D. Called in before they open, he called me back, answered all my questions and complete all my paperwork with 30mins in the office. He also show us how to use the app, lock and how do get access to the unit. It’s hard to find employees that cares about customer these days. Also, first employee I ever dealt with without him checking his phone. Because of him, I think I will rent more units by recommending everyone I know. This company should do everything they can to keep this guy.
You charged a standard price just to overcharge 150, cut locks off and charged 30 for a lock to be put on plus you want the lock back after service. The gate access was denied after the person paid their bill. Oh and the storage unit needs to be sealed more. Water damage and etc, I personally would rather sell everything before putting my belongings in this storage unit. Also it's a virtual reality game set missing from the unit that was my niece and etc.
