This is the second Public Storage placeI have used with in the last three years. Staff was helpful and polite at 49400 Hayes, Macomb, MI. I still have a problem using my phone app to open the garage door so I have to put in manually and the "temperature control" needs to be fixed. It was way too hot on move-in day. Air conditioner was not working. Other than those two items everything is good. Clean storage unit.

Rented when this was Beyond storage and it’s a very clean, secure location. The rates went up significantly from when rented in aug 2020. The only negative is that there is just one entrance to the indoor space and if there is a large moving company van it blocks the only entrance. Overall a good experience and the indoor climate controlled space is great to keep your things intact

Very nice & clean units. Tabitha was so awesome answering all our questions. We went to rent a unit for our son who is always working & could never get there during business hours so she had the patience to answer all our questions & we called our son while there & she answered all of his!
Tabitha escorted us to 2 units to see which we'd like better & it made it easier for us to choose. She was a pleasure to work with! One time my son had trouble getting in. The box outside wasn't letting the door go up but he understood sometimes there are glitches so he returned the following day. We do wish there was some sort of after hours number to reach someone but in our case it wasn't imperative that we got in. We were just dropping more boxes off. Although it could have been important for someone to get their belongings. Overall we are very happy with the unit, building & the caretaker, Tabitha!

Not only we’re Tabitha and Essence super friendly to my self and my family but they helped us get on track with which supplies we needed and what was the best for what we needed it for they didn’t just let us buy one of everything and blindly try to load a uhaul.
