After getting a call from Rachel at Public Storage in Jackson,MI, I went to the location where I was immediately greeted by Rachel herself and she showed me the unit. She explained how everything worked. I was going to rent a space online but I ended up doing everything there. She answered all my questions. Plus the great deal to get started of $1 for the first month was also very attractive. Very professional. This place, I'd recommend. Great Job Rach!!

Tom and Tory were fantastic. Both went over and above - Tory trudged through the snow to show me several different units, was super helpful with paperwork and making changes to the account (refunding me for a lock we didn't need and helping with the insurance stuff). Tom called a few days after saying they had noticed that I didn't put the lock on my unit correctly, letting me know that the unit had been secured and helping me sort it out and getting the lock back on my unit properly as I live in California and won't be in Jackson for several months. Really nice folks and great customer service. Many thanks to them both for making a stressful move a little bit easier!
