They don’t pro-rate when you are moving out. How I gotta pay a full damn month and I’m getting my stuff on the first week. Will never use them again

My unit ant trailers have been broken into multiple times, there is a hole in the fence that has been there for over a year, public storage refuses to fix it. People come in through the hole, from the woods, break into units and the vehicles on the property. They raise the rent 1 to 2 times a year. This place is definitely not worth it.

Harrison was extremely helpful. He always goes above and beyond to make everything easy! The property has had some major improvements recently as well

Update (9/10/24) - Karen was super helpful in terms of helping me downgrade to a smaller unit. Made it easy and painless and took care of everything very efficiently. Hugely helpful, friendly and gracious. My customer service experiences at this facility have been very positive to date. ______________________________________________________________ Tom and Tory were fantastic. Both went over and above - Tory trudged through the snow to show me several different units, was super helpful with paperwork and making changes to the account (refunding me for a lock we didn't need and helping with the insurance stuff). Tom called a few days after saying they had noticed that I didn't put the lock on my unit correctly, letting me know that the unit had been secured and helping me sort it out and getting the lock back on my unit properly as I live in California and won't be in Jackson for several months. Really nice folks and great customer service. Many thanks to them both for making a stressful move a little bit easier!

The manager called me yelling at me today and then hung up as I'm trying to talk and explain I'm disabled and can't move the piano out when they raised my unit up by 50 dollars to 255 when iv been a member since 2017

They don’t have the correct number on Google, so you have to find it elsewhere. It took several calls to get an answer. Lost multiple items to mice. I’ve used storage units like this place before for an entire year and never had any issue. This time, my stuff was barely there for 2 months.

Moved my stuff out and found mouse poop and pee everywhere. Update after moving: found a dead mouse in a box.

Had our internal unit broken into, I wasn't notified for 2 1/2 weeks. Things were stolen and I requested a conversation with a District Manager to no avail. We moved the remaining belongings to another storage place and suggest you do the same.

The day I was supposed to move into my storage unit they had construction going on didn’t tell anybody it was going to be happening and I couldn’t even get to my storage unit. It was a big hassle. It took me 45 minutes to be able to only put one tote in my unit. I gave up after that.

Harrison is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!!!!

They don't even deserve one star. Been a customer for years here for the rates to keep going up. I'm on a fixed income and them raising my bill hurts me but they could care less. I'm looking for another unit and I hope other people do too.

The place is ran down. Huge potholes on every path possible entering the place. The entrance doors are rusted, & the gate gets stuck at times !

The management sucks. No if ands or buts. I recommend goblue storage.

Stopped in yesterday. Jaleesa and Harrison were so incredibly helpful with everything I needed! Will definitely recommend going there especially with the great staff that I encountered.

I called today on some information on storage units and talked to Jaleesa and Harrison and they was very helpful

My truck got broken into 1 day after being stored here. Then 10 months later, they told me I can no longer store my truck here. After they raised my rent by $30. Edit... 6 months later THEY RAISED IT ANOTHER $30!! My parking space went from $32 to $92 per month in under a year!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy access, clean facility.

Was fast to get us a storage when we showed up at 430 I am very happy with the Service that I got today was trying to do it all on line but kept getting to the wrong part and I was able to get it all fix when I went in tonight to see the unit and pay for it and yes for the unit we got the price is well worth it thanks for such great service

Called to get some information and spoke to a very nice man named Harrison. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

Tom and Harrison were very friendly in helping me in my first time getting a unit. It's a very good option for storage when you're on a budget. No cuts in quality only in the price. The grounds are very clean and kept up. Totally recommend!

I rented a storage unit less than a year ago in Public Storage has now tried to raise my rates twice. I’ve always been on time with my bill .The property is filthy, rundown, and the staff unprofessional. I will never use Public Storage again.

Con Artists. Go somewhere else. I’ve had a unit here for two years. They raise the rates with no notice whenever they feel like it. On top of that, at least three times a year, their autopay feature conveniently fails on the first of a given month. They call and threaten you with a late fee for their app/website being down (maybe fix it???) and then you have to call, pay over the phone, at which point they add a “$10 convenience fee” for doing so. You’re charging me for you not having your business running properly? That’s adorable. We can’t talk to a representative either. We shouldn’t be charged junk fees for trying to pay out bills ON TIME and payments failing because they don’t have their website together. Seems like a scheme to make extra money whenever they feel like it. Can’t wait to cancel my storage unit and take my business elsewhere. I hope they lose their BBB accreditation.

Public Storage in Jackson is great Dana is awesome very friendly and helpful

Recently started renting a storage unit here. And the Employee Dana there was amazing super kind friendly and so helpful answered all my questions and was all around great with the customer service!

I seriously don't know why there are any good reviews for this place. Brandii was one of the rudest people in customer service I've ever encountered. When we started renting there in 2020, our rent was $164.00. It's now $246.00. Back when they raised it the first time, I made a bad review. The regional manager called and said she would lower it back down, but not where it was. I know that some of the reviews are fake. A while back there were a bunch of reviews that pretty much all said the same thing.

The worker was nice. Had holes cut all in there fences. Vehicle stored inside bashed out windows.

Dana Austin has been a amazing help to us with rent issues she’s went above and beyond to help us. We are very satisfied with the service she has given us and would recommend Public Storage to our friends and family. Thanks Dana for all your hard work. Imajean and Kevin lawe.

Tom was very helpful. And friendly, haven’t ever met anyone who made me laugh while helping me. He explained everything in detail and also explained my lease agreement very well! Super clean facility.

Dana provided exemplary customer service! A mistake was made by PS & Dana, while still in training herself, took the initiative & went over & beyond to get it resolved...She should be running that location & she is the only reason why I'd refer someone else to patronize their services.

To be blunt this place couldn't even provide me with electricity for my unit which is crucial because I sleep most of the day lit hours ( which is short this time of the year ) so I could never see anything early in the morning after work or before work when it started getting dark. Their on call maintenence personnel consists of one man and he's not local. He's from Ohio ... so my light source never got fixed of course. I doubt my unit was the only one otherwise I would've been transfered to a different one where I could cram everything in with good illumination rather than the light on my cellphone. I would understand if I had at least got a refund or some sort of compensation but once you sign the papers, regardless of inconveniences, it's too late to get even a penny back. If you're a night owl or just work overnights you'd find this place annoying.

The girl has been super. Brandii did an excellent job she deserves a raise thank you Brandii for going over and beyond.

My experience with Brandii was great. She went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed. She even took time to assist with contacting my prepaid card service provider to see why my payment would not go through. We got the payment to go through. Excellent customer service

Brandii was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us get a unit rented. She suggested helpful things to store things through the winter as well.
