I have been leasing a storage space at this Millersville location since November 2017. The team that manages has always been friendly and professional with every interaction/transaction...BUT yesterday...Friday, March 20., 2021.....The level and degree of customer service, courtesy and professionalism was exceeded beyond my expectations!. Wilma was the customer service rep that assisted me with a billing /payment concern. She was patient, kind and responsive....informed me that the turn around time for my request might not be until Monday.....Imagine my delight when she called me back a few hours later and my issue had been resolved. There are several other storage facilities within a 1 mile radius of this Public Storage....but this kind of service is why I keep my belongings secured there. Thank you Wilma for your assistance....in this challenging time for all of us...your kindness was recognized and appreciated !!

We found out we have to move unexpectedly and came in to rent a storage unit. Ashley was not only extremely helpful, she also has a great personality and made the process seamless. She was the bright spot that eased some of the stress this situation has put us under. The facility is clean and has better hours than any of the other storage places in the area.

This place is the worst! They never keep the posted office hours. Always closing early. And with only one person around, the office is always closed because they are somewhere else in the facility. Waste of time. Here two days in a row with no one available to help. I'll be taking my business else where.

Been using this facility for a year or so now and I've never had a problem with them. I've been a long time customer of Public Storage and will keep using them whenever the need arises. I had Katie help me move from one storage space to another. She helped keep the bins close together so that the move took less time than anticipated. Very friendly and helpful with the whole process.

Christine was an amazing help she had me and my fiancee in and out within 20 min of being there showed us where to get it exactly where our unit was and where to pull up when we want to move our stuff in. Based on what I saw and could tell the facility is very clean well established and has great security. This place is definitely recommended.

Great customer service, but it is hard to not feel like a bait-and-switch was pulled on me when they raise the rates after six months. My only option is to cancel contract and up and move to another facility. If I had the time and energy I would. Not cool in my book. But, rumor has it all the storage facilities do this. :-(

Millersville Public Storage Manager, Christine, was absolutely phenomenal during my visit at the 8396 location. She maintained a warm, friendly and very patient demeanor the entire time I was there. I was very inquisitive and even changed my mind about a unit. Christine still maintained a professional, patient and positive demeanor as she completely revised the paperwork for another unit. So far, nothing but stellar customer support. Insurance offerings are poor at best. I will be getting my own insurance. Was "tail gated" through the gate on my first visit by someone who tried and failed to punch in their own number. This is a security concern. Next time I will block the entrance with my car until the gate closes behind me. You should suggest others do the same.

Great experience moving in. Needed to free up some space for a remodel and visited 3 storage places all within a mile, this one was the best! Thanks to Christine for showing us our options, the unit is in a perfect spot.

She made sure my vehicle would fit before starting any paperwork...the only complaint I had was the price I was given when I called to make the reservation was $25.00 plus local taxes..so I'm thinking $25 +tax. It was 61.00 & change no one mentioned an administrative fee,insurance etc. I should have been given all the info during my initial call..otherwise everything was fine...

There is easy access from 97. The sight is clean, well lit, and easy to get into and out of. I am very happy with the move in experience.

Stopped in to buy supplies so my sister and I could pack up our mothers kitchen . Christine and Tiffany were such a great help they got us everything we would need . We got wrapping paper , tape , tape gun for the tape to make it easier to tape up the boxes we got . They even asked if we needed them to put the roll of tape on the tape gun , which was so nice . We even got a pack of 10 boxes and only paid for 9 boxes . What a great deal and wonderful people working there .

Rick was awesome, showed me my space, sold me a lock, I could have probably gotten one cheaper, but it saved me the hassle of going to get one. Very polite and friendly. I rented an outside drive up unit, it was spotless, the property is clean. Conveniently located for my needs, would definitely recommend.

I made the reservation online and quickly got a call back to confirm and answer any questions. When I arrived to finalize the rental, Chelsea was fantastic to work with. She was extremely nice & very cheerful while taking me to the unit and explaining everything in the clean, well cared for facility. She is one of the best customer service people I have ever dealt with and worth asking for.

I had a very positive experience using their storage unit. The employees are always friendly, I always dealt with Chelsea and she was always pleasant. The price is good compared to some other storage places in the area and I really like that they only charge $1 for first month's rent.

I had a very positive experience finding a safe and convienent storage unit at this location. I was given a very friendly greeting when I first walked through the front doors. Both Chelsea and the manager on duty listened to my needs and gave excellent recommendations on different unit sizes that would work for the items I need to store. Chelsea was able to show me two different size storage spaces and helped me envision how my items might fit. I felt she was very personable and easy to work with. I liked the gated security entrance and cleanliness inside and outside of the building. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends who are looking for a place to store their personal items.

While I had a storage area here I always was greeted with a friendly person when paying my bill. The location was very near my house so I liked to pay in person. The space and halls was always nice and clean. I was called if the electricity went out and any problems may come up in which I found very responsible. If I should ever need another storage space I would come back here for sure.

I find this Public Storage location very clean, and organized. The manager Dana is always friendly,courteous, and very understanding. She seems to have hired and trained the other employees to be the same. I have never just stopped in to pay a bill or move items without getting a nice greeting. I have recommended this location to my friend near by too because of the service here.
