Pat was very helpful

Raised my rent from $142 in 11/19 to finally $335 in 10/23. The last increase went from $247 in 9/23 to $335 in 10/23. Went to get stuff out of storage last week and my unit looks like this. (see pic) Left a message about it (because no one was in the office and no one answered the phone). Went back a few days later and it still looks like this. Also, the gate has been open the last 2 times so anyone can enter the facility. Zero stars.

Never returns phone calls and they will raise your rent. Current customer who will be moving on. I don't recommend.

The folks working here have been super attentive and an incredible help. Circumstances have me needing to lean on multiple storage facilities in the area, and I have to say the staff have been communicative and flexible while I coordinate moving things between two Annapolis locations as I believe they are owned by the same people.

Most storage places are a get what you pay for kind of place. But this Public Storage is clean, quiet, and easy to get in and out of. The rent is affordable and there's an employee named Pat who really works hard for his customers, including helping them find their way around that part of Annapolis. I appreciate it.

I canceled with them 2 months ago and they're still charging me. Getting a hold of a representative has been terrible.

I have been at Public Storage on West Street in Annapolis, Maryland since 2019. I have had up to three units at a time now down to one. Pat has been with me since the beginning. He keeps the grounds and facilities immaculate. He is always available for questions or help with anything else I may need. He always greets me with a smile & kind words. UPDATED I have had a unit here at 1904 West Street since November 2019. The service was good from day 1 and I've had no problems. I did have an increase during the pandemic that came as a surprise, but once explained I understood. The latest increase that came really shocked me, but after calling and speaking to Mellany she resolved the issue pleasantly and professionally. My issues started in December, I received ANOTHER increase notification via email and contacted the location again. Once Mellany got back to me she explained that the delayed response time was due to the holiday and her being out. She said that she would put in the request and it would be no problem. I called and called trying to get a response before my payment was due. I finally got a call back from the property manager who said that there was nothing He could do and that Mellany shouldn’t have told me that because she wasn’t the manager. He continued to overtalk me as if he already knew what I was about to say. So I was left to pay a $97 increase for the month. I received an email shortly thereafter stating that the request was denied. This was in December…so for January and February I’ve paid almost $200 more than what I’d pay if I was a new customer going into a larger unit (imagine that). Now just last week I receive another notice that ANOTHER increase of $53 is coming beginning April 1st. So after one increase just 3 months ago another one…for a total of $411 a month for a 10x15 unit——absolutely ridiculous!!!! So much for being an on-time paying customer for the last 3 years!

She welcomed us in with a smile and answered all of our questions with details, she also explained the differences in prices and showed us how to use the app. Thank you Melleny for being so great today, it’s very rare to get good customer service now a days!
