She also explained to me that I can make my payment online so that it will save me time and gas. You need more employees like that young lady Treneice. I wasn’t for ready for the changes at your Harvey location with the new chaos now there no Trenice to help if I have questions and help with my payment. My self I wish you would’ve left everything the way it was. There’s a lot of elderly that’s not computer savvy so for those customers they would have to go to another location to make a payment to a live agent Trenice will be missed. This my experience with one of employee by the name of Treneice she very polite and knowledgeable about the company. The only complaint I have with public storage is their cost of renting with P S. The first year there their price went up after 6 months than again again. And not by $10 or $15 But by $30. They have No consideration anyone. Not even if on a fixed income.
