I wasn’t for ready for the changes at your Harvey location with the new chaos now there no Trenice to help if I have questions and help with my payment. My self I wish you would’ve left everything the way it was. There’s a lot of elderly that’s not computer savvy so for those customers they would have to go to another location to make a payment to a live agent Trenice will be missed. This my experience with one of employee by the name of Treneice she very polite and knowledgeable about the company. She always helpful and takes the time explaining what I needed before renting a unit such as the right size unit I needed for the amount of furniture I was moving into. She also explained to me that I can make my payment online so that it will save me time and gas. You need more employees like that young lady Treneice. She also was helpful with making sure I purchased the supplies that was needed for my move to the storage n explained the insurance they offer i did get the insurance that I needed while renting at public storage. You have a outstanding employee Thank u miss Treneice for your help keep up the good work. Even doe the prices went up on my unit I don’t mind paying with the service I receive. I would continue to refer family and friends at public storage my father have a storage with ur office he always inform me that he only wants to pay his bill when the young lady Treneice is there she go over and beyond for her customers it's a pleasure having someone that goes a the extra mile for you.

The only complaint I have with public storage is their cost of renting with P S. The first year there their price went up after 6 months than again again. And not by $10 or $15 But by $30. They have No consideration anyone. Not even if on a fixed income.
