Smooth transition
I’ve had my unit for a while now. I needed something out of my unit, but when I got there the gate was off the track. I contacted an agent who was able to get someone out within an hour to fix the gate, and notified me once completed! I appreciate the urgency and communication!
I like the entry and exit QR code rather then typing it in. Because stand out there feel not as secure as your app . Very convenient just scan and go.

Nice gentleman at the desk. Very helpful. Storing almost my entire house as I leave my home and look for an apartment. So, stressful time in my life right now. I feel my unit is very secure, and like that they sold covers to wrap my mattress and box springs in, as well as dehumidifier. They have a new lock system from what they had in the past, where you have to bring your own lock. Very secure.
