The Beginning: Got a price online, checked in with front desk. Stuff stayed safe. The end: Closed my account with Emily, who was great, and all was done.

I am giving 5 stars to Regina. She has been absolutely wonderful, I have my storage unit for a long time now and every time I have interacted with Regina she has been great. Oh and the storage facility in nice too. LoL!

I rented a storage online (locked in discounted price) ...next month they added insurance..ok no problem as it's required. But just got bill this month with 34% price increase!! 😡.. if this is not fixed I will be moving my stuff out!! Scandalous!!

Started renting a unit during the 1$ promotion going on currently, they did not and still are not honoring that promotion, nor are they honoring the promotion amount of the unit and now that the first month is paid, inevitably so I don't lose my belongings, I'm now being charged 40$ more a month!! An agent has contacted me twice through email to inform me they feel no need to change the pricing of the of the unit. Updates to come.

This has nice unit's, the app makes it easy to open the gate without getting out of your vehicle to put your code in!! Regina is awesome!!!

Natalie was kind and gave us information on helping a friend get a storage unit in our name until his id came in. Today 7-9 an extremely rude and disrespectful woman named Christina started blowing up our phones said the information Natalie gave us was incorrect, continuously speaking over my husband talking very rude and hung up on him. What kind of busi ess treats their customers this way? And being told one thing by one person then something else by another, extremely unprofessional. This 1 star is because Christina doesnt know how to treat customers.

Regina at this location is a woman of her word and those are hard to find. We had a hole in the wall of our unit her first day. She got it fixed as promised. We had an issue with our unit flooding, she immediately had has set up to transfer to a different unit and worked with us to get things moved over as our schedules would allow. I can also say the previous property manager was awful but Regina is amazing. Thank you for everything Regina!

That is to Generous, visited twice, once on a sun. With a sign be back at 12:00, went back next day at 11:30 to find be back at 1:30, once inside first site was a junk yard, with broken glass, with trash every where was shown two units I would have to clean before move in.went a little further down the road to Carey Ln, was shown a unit that was Clean and ready to go, He explained the process, was very Knowledgeable. With Better Hours, Give Remington 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up. Impressive ! !

Prices change every six months. Never had anyone say anything rude until I asked about how long in advance do I need to give a notice to move. Lady was very rude and I will be taking my business elsewhere without even thinking twice due to that ladies mouth. Spoke with lady today 6/2 at 12:04. No one is ever there during normal business hours. Went there today and no one was there its 10:10. The same thing happened last week.

Because I have been to this location several times to get Into my unit and my 24 hour access was denied and all four times between the 12-8-20 to 12-9-20 i could see Brad in his apartment but could not reach anyone there plus i was there in the middle of the night to get in and I was denied when I'm suppose to have 24hr access

Someone mentioned the prices going up annually. I believe that is probably true. They raised ours but I was able to move my stuff out. They do charge fees for trash left in hall, which I'm happy about. It keeps it cleaner environment for all of us. They just need to check their cameras before they decide who to charge. By the time we had built our shed and moved out, we did have an unfortunate incident where a regular employee from a Public Storage at a different location was in error and rude. I won't mention her name, but she called after we moved out adding charges for boxes and trash left in hall way. I contacted her, letting her know that it was not us. We stored everything in plastic tubs with lids and had no cardboard to leave behind. She was rude and assumed I was not telling her the truth. I had to go down there, and by then the normal employ I was familiar with was working. She knew how clean, and organized our storage was and corrected the issue, so I gave the four star.

Brad is great . Splitting his time all over. You can count on him.

All the employees are so polite, they even went above and beyond and shoveled snow out of the way so we could access our storage unit and not damage anything.

I moved out of the facility by the due date had even asked Brad before I moved out if I owed them anything so I could take care of it right then and there and was told I didn’t as long as I was out by that date. That date happened to fall on a holiday which there was moons around that day so I went in the next day was told everything was good and taken care of. I didn’t even ask for my deposit back which I should have received anyways. Today I get a letter from a collection agency saying I owed x amount of money for the storage unit that’s been closed out since September. I would not use this facility again ever. And have advised the company I work with to do likewise.

I dealt with the general manager when I came in to rent my unit, she was very informative, thorough and polite.

I have spent 4800 dollars in 4 years for a unit I had it went up for auction I didn't have the money for the rent on auction day but I get paid from work 2 days later I called them 3 days before the auction to try to get them to hold my unit for 2 days I got a let me make a call and I'll call you back never got a call back I called right when they opened on auction day I got the same thing told to me called back 5 times that morning and they would not answer their phone today I called to see if they sold my unit and was told rules are rules no matter how good of a customer you have been or how much money you have spent with us

Pretty regular storage facility. I could tell that it's regularly maintained and somewhat secure. I say that not because of their lack of trying , there's just a field near the highway behind it.

The employee was very professional and kind. Explained everything in detail. I enjoyed visiting with her, she is excellent at her job.

Don was very helpful throughout our while process of replacing our lock. The DM was suppose to take out our lock but it was left in there, Don quickly finished the job and got us into our storage. I wish the time the DM came out to do that was quicker, since we waited almost a week until he came back into town.

The process was quick and easy. I bought their lock for $19 There is an administrative fee of $24 and they expect you to have insurance or purchase some with them. It all seemed fair and convenient. I was helped by Jana, she was friendly and knowledgeable and as I said she made the process quick and easy.

Went to rent a unit price was reasonable but didn't understand the 24.00 administration fee and staff couldn't explain the charge to me so I went else where

I was able to fit my whole house into one of their storage rooms. They also gave me a great rate. And they continue to have the dollar down storage fee for beginners. My Grandpa gave me a lot that he had used that saved me roughly about $30 so all together it cost me about 40 bucks to store my whole house till I moved and they kept up with my attendance so they could terminate my policy so I wasn't charged for an extra month. They also have great security gates which is very helpful when you have more than one car going in the gate.

Don't go to this place! I was a month late and my lock was cut... Then I went to move out after I paid my fee and they made me buy another lock! I didn't and don't have any need for this lock that cost 20 dollars.

Not the best place or cheep, workers are nice at first but after that they take your money. Seems like they can't do there job properly and acks like they don't want to be there in the first place. Gave them my email when I first payed so I could make payments online and aquired the unit only come to find out they somehow did not put the email in the computer or on my papper work. Called to get them to put it on there and told me I had to come up there to do it, which was inconvenient and had to show ID just to give them my email. My suggestion to the company or to the person that hires their employees is to do better looking.

Convenient to drive to and easy to locate and find if someone happened to be new to the area as well and needed to fnd it.

Overpriced (I pay a fair bit less for the same space and cleanliness at Metro Self Storage, and their security is much better). Not bad but definitely not the best for your money.

Rented a unit on at a discounted rate. After signing their contract I decided I would pay for 6 months all up front. At the end of my 6 months I still remained in the unit and opted for autopay. The first autopay went fine. The next payment was $15 more then the contract price. When I called to find out why they told me it was taxes and would not honor the contract price. They never sent me a notice in mail or by email of the price change. They scam you if you and don't honor contracts unless it serves them. Plus the staff they hire are lazy and not helpful at all!

PS answered their phones during publicly posted hours (others did not), and had better pricing than other storage companies in the area. Their call center was quick and courteous, if a little talky, but very pleasant and good customer service. We were in a hurry to get things put into the unit so we could catch a flight and Robyn was awesome - taking us on a tour of the space and explaining everything as efficiently as possible while still doing what she needed to do.

I signed up over the internet on Monday morings and got a call from Erika soon after. Meet her and had the unit rented within 30 minuits. She was very helpfull and informative. This was my first time renting a storage unit and she explaned everything. I have had no problems.

I walked in looking for a unit and i will say these ladies were at the top of their game and so professional. They took the time to explain every aspect of my rental and when i left the only question i had was can i drive this way lol. If i ever have anyone of my employees or friends in need of a unit , i have a card in my wallet to give them, because there is no one else that i would recommend.Thanks ladies

I used this storage for 13 years and let go of my 10x24 this past weekend. I truly hated to let go of my unit since it had kept so many special things for me for so many years, but I just couldn't afford $162 mo. any longer. When I left I thought all was well but later learned I owed yet another $83 dollars. After speaking with John (the district Mgr.) he was kind enough to wave the money for me. Thank you John :) I have no complaints with this storage facility. It has always looked clean and the people have been courteous and helpful. I must say it was nice getting my receipts in my email with a friendly and courteous reminder call when I would forgot to make my payment from time to time. The only thing I didn't like was how the last few years the hefty lease increases pushed the cost so high. In an effort to post this comment I went to the Public Storage website and learned the cost to get into an identical unit is the same as it was back in 2001. That was a shock! One would think that since my lease was going up each year (double the cost now) then so would the cost for new tenants. Ahhhh that is the hook. Long term customers don't get a lower rates cause they have been long and faithful customers. Instead they wind up paying more in order to keep the rates low for the new people coming in. What is this world coming to? Doesn't anyone respect the long term customer any more? Other than the fact the jolts in my lease eventually made me leave, I will have to say I was happy with my unit, the people and the facility. I will recommend it to others with the attached "but be prepared.... the lease will increase at any time up to $25 a year or more.

overpriced, had holes in the walls and gaps in the ceiling connecting to the walls. i understand it's not climate controlled but this place was horrible on the upkeep. they also recently raised their rental fees. my lock got damaged and the owner NEVER, in the 3 years i was there, fixed it after my repeated requests...so it was a struggle to try and get in and out of my unit without scratching myself on the rusted, damaged keyhole. staff was ok, one young lady was very unprofessional, and used slang words like "aight" when speaking to me. it felt so high school. the lot was never kept up, navigating broken glass, nails and screws was and everyday occurence on this lot
