Amanda , Kara , and Heather have been great. Got me in the right size unit. Fast and easy.
Don't fall for the scam and initial special offers. My biggest complaint is the cost. The longer you leave your stuff here, the more they will jack up your price. They'll give you 30 days notice, but they know that you're probably not around to move your stuff to a different facility if you're unhappy with the price hike. We moved our stuff into a unit prior to moving out of state in October 2023 and for a 10x24 unit, it was $169 a month. Within 2 months, it went to $184 a month. In April 2024, they raised it to $244 a month. In October 2024, they raised it to $306 a month. It was absolutely ridiculous. We moved our stuff out of there as soon as we could.
Not sure where all the money from renters is going but it's definitely not going to maintenance. They recently repaved some of the road through the facility, but the main road is still in rough shape. And, for the first several months, there was a lady legit living in the storage unit next to us with her dog.
Roxy doesn't answer the phone and leaves the office and locks the office ... Begs for reviews... Rude absent minded, doesn't do what she says... Told my friend there were bugs in the unit ... Why the hell would you tell someone that ...I have notified corporate

impressed when I found out she was running two properties that day in 90° weather! She would promptly communicate with me & made the transition from the unit I originally rented (that was too small) to another unit space that was perfect!
I highly recommend working with her.
So I pay in advance for a unit, already had one there and hadn’t had any problems using the app for gate access. The property manager is there every day, except the day I need to move into the new unit, and the app quit working along with the online access, and the property manager is not there, imagine that. So I start calling and a different property manager tells me it’s because of the renovations, what renovations, and why is nobody there if they are renovating the place. This was deliberate, I will never use them again, I will tell everyone I know what happened when I tried to move into a storage unit pre-paid in advance. Guess they think it’s funny to mess with folks. Real swell people operating that storage facility.

I had my truck stored with them it's a move truck packed full of my own tools thieves broken into cutting chains and locks taking a good quantity of tools i talked to the receptionist rude woman and said they don't have cameras and they're gate was broken for 5 days that means that anyone can have access to that place and do anything they want.
They should be liable to pay for losses and damages since they can't secure that freaking gate 🤬😡 .
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The new property manager is super rude. Hungs up phone in people's face. When asked got Hella rude requested her name she refused. . I have had a unit for years here and never been so disrespected like this
If you need a storage last minute or just to have some where to put your things. I would recommend this place. It's convenient I purchased my. Storage online after they closed and i had access to get in and out. Reasonable pricing, it's always best to have the insurance on the unit for emergency reasons. Public storage i highly recommend.
