I recently stopped by and talked to Ashley. I had a few questions and she was more than willing to answer any questions I had. I’ve always appreciated a good customer service and Ashley went above and beyond.

Ashley is absolutely fantastic! Keeps facility very clean, always accommodating, and always quick to resolve any issues might might arise.

Shout out to Natalie at 6805 E Harry St, Wichita, Kansas, Public Storage, for making us feel at ease while we were searching around for a storage unit on a whim. The unit was clean and was able to fit everything we needed to put inside of it. The property was also very picked up and well managed. She was very polite and helped so much with everything we needed to know and everything went through great! Very professional. Thank you! 10/10 Would recommend.

I have rented at the E Harry location on & off for many years. Things have definitely changed for the better in getting current storage advice from not only Natalie & Christina ( which by the way- make a FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM together!) in helping me in my storage selection choice(s), as well as the newer District Manager Stacey who happened to be in the this office at the time and readily joined in offering me THREE ON ONE HELP! It is my personal opinion to go online and do some basic rental pricing at 6805 E Harry, or if you are not up do doing research and reserving a storage unit for your own estimation needs, just show up at this very friendly office, and this all new storage team advice will get you to where you need to be in your storage needs. EZ is the word here! Do it and get it done.

I have to take the time to give a shout-out regarding Natalie at the 6508 Harry St, Wichita, KS, Public Storage facility. I was really struggling to figure out how to navigate the website to rent the unit that I needed. Natalie took the time to help me get through the process. She was very patient and professional and she walked me through the process like the pro that she is. I hung up a satisfied customer. If everyone gave customer service in the same manner, this country would be the better for it! Thank you!

Can't pay my bill, the office is closed and the person on the phone wants to charge me $20

I rented from this place and it was great, at first. Then, the entrance gate broke and was always open. So anyone could drive in. It was like that for months. Then they, without notice or option, raised my rental fee $75 for no reason. So I had no option but to pay a ridiculously high fee. I moved my stuff to a better place with a secure facility.

I had Ashley helping out at Dianes store on east harry and she was GREAT ! She went above and beyond by showing us multiple sizes of storage units and thoroughly explaining everything to us and my mom is disabled and I had 2 small kids with me and she made sure we did not have to struggle to walk far and she even showed us the same storage unit twice because we wanted to double check to be sure that was what we wanted to go with. She was VERY patient and VERY kind. Ashley is GREAT at her job and I can't wait to meet Diane and hopefully have just as good as an experience as we did with Ashley !

Worse experience ever. Never had issues over the past years. But this time is unbelievable and im waiting for the police to arrive. The District manager Stephen C. cut my lock Monday afternoon without me being present. He and his employee stole everything I mean everything me and my kids had. From expensive items to personal sentimental items.. memories..childhood toys that are worth a fortune. They are very horrible people and definitely don't care nor have a standard of customer service...very rude and argumentive when asking questions about the lease.

Trish was really helpful and made the whole process of renting really easy. Looking forward to being a customer.

The rates go up the after the first six months by almost $20.00. They will leave out details. I was a customer with them on and off for about 4 years and they do not honor customer loyalty!!!!

I had no problems with this storage unit. I left Kansas to go to Ohio and came back to shut it down after 8 months, everything was in tact and nothing was messed with or missing. The location was very clean, the area was very secure and the staff was extremely friendly. If I'm in the area again I would go with them again.

I would like to say if it had not been for the most incredible employee public storage could ever hope to have in their service I probably would have lost literally everything I owned today. I was in the worst bind and had very little time to have everything figured out or lose all my worldly possessions. After he heard this he very helped me figure out a solution to my problem and did everything in his power to help make it fit my limited budget I had to work with. With the advice and kind help which went above and beyond by far which he had to do. So at the end of my very long day I would like to give a big shout out to public storage and their best employee ever in my opinion.... Jared.... If not for you an your help I doubt I would have saved any of my belongings... So thank you so much I'm more grateful than I have words to describe for your incapable help... Thank you so very much.

Did it on online to start with but went to the storage office and Jared looked at the truck and said that what we got would be to small but was very kind and showed us the unit and then showed us the one that we really needed and went beyond to make sure we was well taken care of thank goodness for Jared help and hard work for we still have our stuff because of Jared hard work I have and will keep tell my family and friends about your business thank you so much Jared for your kindness and hard work wish there were more like him in this world

Ashley was a super nice manager. She explained how I was going to be billed and there was no question. On the day when I moved my stuffs out she did great job too.

I picked my daughter up from college and we realized she had more stuff then my small SUV could hold. We managed to find a storage open on Sunday and Ashley was great helping us out on short noticed.

Sign up was quick and easy. Lissa and Don explained everything thoroughly, showed me around and made sure I understood the lock and gate code.

Had to last minute get a storage spot. Ashley was understanding and very helpful, giving tips to help utilize our storage space effectively and being overall friendly. 10/10 would use again!

My RV was broken into when I had it stored there, twice. The first time I thought it was a fluke, just bad luck. The second time the thieves did over $4,000 damage and stole over $1,000 worth of camping gear and two TVs out of it. It turns out the bad luck was choosing them in the first place. They didn't have working security cameras. The fence was damaged for months and they didn't bother to fix it. They didn't seem to care about any of it. I wouldn't store anything there ever again and I don't think anybody else should either.

It is well managed. I wish it were a 24 hour storage. Other than that is good and clean.

We have rented an outdoor parking space from this facility for about 18 months where we store our large (empty) enclosed trailer. Last week when we picked up our trailer we noticed the locks had been cut off and the trailer broken into. The damage was limited to the lock brackets and while we had an expectation of security we can't really hold the facility responsible. HOWEVER, when we reported the incident to the employee on duty at the time their response was UNACCEPTABLE. We were told this couldn't have happened here because they do routine lock checks and nothing out of the ordinary had been noticed. The cut marks on the metal had been there long enough to rust and we had not accessed our trailer for several months (our fault). I understand that while the facility may not entirely be responsible for what happened, the lack of customer focus and empathy in our situation was NOT ACCEPTABLE. We will not continue to use this facility and would recommend others find somewhere else as well.

I have had a unit with them for the last three years, and I haven't had any sort of problem with them at all. They've actually been very nice to me the few times I was late. Nice , clean and dry units

My auto pay got declined because the office never updated my card information when I came into the office to update it. An authorize user on the account came in the next day to move our stuff from one unit to a bigger unit which we had got everything set up with the office days before about our situation. It was just my payment that was missing because of the office's mistake. Mind you I haven't passed the dead line to pay it or even got a late payment fee. A lady name Genaway in the office was very rude she said that the other authorize user couldn't move anything that I had to come in and make a payment first. Which isn't true it's was only the 4th not the deadline yet. She made the authorize user feel so uncomfortable he called me and I literally had to argue with her over the phone thru speaker. The authorize user was willing to pay the balance but she didn't even know how much we had to pay which made me even more mad because she asked me how much I had to pay over the phone but was making a fit about it not being paid. I been using public storage on and off since I was 19 now I am 24 but this will be my last time using this company never again!

We have been there for 2 years now. They continually raise our rates. Don't expect the fee that you begin with. They like to entice new customers and then hike up their rates because who really wants to move all their stuff again? Also, we set up auto pay with them. It worked great until we got a new debit card. When the payment didn't go through they said they called us. We never received the call and were unaware of the missed payment. This was our own fault. My complaint is this, when you get a unit with them you have to buy a special lock for the unit. When you miss a payment they drill out the lock you paid for and put their own on it. So not only did we pay a late fee but we also had to buy a new lock. Most storage places I have been to just put their own pad lock on it. I don't like them drilling out something I paid for! I get it if they were about to auction my things but not for one missed payment. We will be moving out soon.

I have a rare neurological problem and he took the time to make sure I understood everything. I found the price to be within line. The units are located in a good area and the facility is well maintained. It was explained that the locks on site used are cylinder type and will be less venerable to theft. Wonderful service and I felt good about keeping my belongings with his business. Thanks!

I needed to grab shoes out of my unit for a funeral out of town, Mark was on his way out for a lunch break I told him that I needed to get something out and it was urgent to pay my bill. Mark stopped and went back into the office so I could get everything caught up to date. Just recently I closed my account to put everything in my mom's storage. Mark stayed an extra 10 min or so just so my mother could add me on her account from Cali. It's not often that you find a place were people are willing to go the extra mile. Thank you so much Mark!

Property manager, Austin was very helpful and understanding concerning my upcoming relocation to the Rock Road Public Storage facility. (Austin, was assisting at the Rock Road facility). She answered many of my questions about having to relocate from the Kellogg Public Storage facility. (It is closing due to "highway construction"). Went in to see about a unit. Ended up not actually needing one but Austin and Heidi were very helpful and i felt welcomed there. Good customer service.

She showed us the unit that we will be needing and also showed us the boxes and packing supplies that we will need once we move. We rented a storage unit recently and after we moved in our storage unit was broken into by a known person. She accessed our unit by entering the gate with another tenant that had entered there code. the gates stayed open long after they had gone through allowing them to enter on the grounds. This was the only negative feedback I have. After the incident LaDonna Stage was very helpful in typing up what she witnessed and helping identify the persons who entered our unit without permission. She was very helpful in getting the police the information needed and helping me with the insurance claim information that I was unaware of that we had in our unit. She is a valuable employee to have taking action immediately and documenting the events that had taken place the day our unit was entered illegally. Thank you LaDonna Stage. My only feedback would be that Public Storage get cameras in where the units are located so we could of had video of the theft and that the gate closes sooner after a tenant enters their code to access the gates.

The property manager was very knowledgeable and very sweet. The district manager happen to be there as well. Only thing I suggest is somewhere on the website put there is a special lock you need to purchase. Other than that awesomeness

I went in to this location looking for a unit to store my extra belongings until my apartment was ready but ended up storing my things at a friends place instead. The lady who was working was very helpful and kind!

Desi was very professional and made me feel welcome, it was the first time i stored and i was a little uncomfortable but she made me feel a lot safer about storing my furniture. I wish i could have stored at her propertybut she didn't have exactly what i needed so instead of giving me something too big and waste my money she recommended a different property closer to where i was moving. I will store with her in the future!!
