Move in was very easy. You don’t need a physical employees there with you. Carrington called to check on me today and make sure everything went smoothly. My only complaint is the Bluetooth kiosk(codeless entry) doesn’t work and I have to put in my code. Otherwise, very nice facility.

She was very polite and she explained to me about the kiosk in the office and the app on the phone where I could pay my bill and several other things that I can do on my phone. She also told me that the number that she called me from that I could call them 7 days a week they are there if I had any questions.

Great prices and I love how you can sign up at the kiosk right there on the spot. As soon as you’re done, they send you which unit is yours and inside the unit is your new lock and key. SUPER EASY AND CONVENIENT!!! Not to mention the app allows you to open the gate without ever having to roll down your window!
