Easy and quick process. I had to change my plans and public storage was able to accommodate me in a tight spot.

Rented a indoor unit for a couple of months for a reasonable price. Lori was awesome, had an issue with my door lock mechanism and took care of really quick! Had to leave one of my door lock keys with her in order for the technician to take a look at it and got it fixed within a couple days. Well trusted people and location. 5 stars!!

Awesome PS managers work here, Chicago St, Elgin IL. Most professional, pleasant & nice. They care about their tenants and willing to come to unit to assist with any issues (newly painted doors so latch was hard to move). Love the accessible days & hours!! Much more than many other locations & other companies. Highly recommended.

I was struggling with the payment part online so I walked in and she guided me through it throughly and quickly. Walked me to my storage unit, showed me how to get access in with the app etc. she was awesome! Lady said she did a walk through everyday but it was dirty everytime I walked on the property and at one point there was a whole pole of glass that just stayed there for 2 days. It's unsafe because there's no security cameras anywhere and even if you cancel an hour late after the first they will still charge you the full month's rent and not drop the charge. DONT RENT HERE.

Its your average storage, but wit an app that let's you open and close the gate as pleases. The only problem is that its in a flood area, but I have not heard of any floods in that particular storage. Some of the storages smell a little bit, but what do you expect from an outside storage.?
