Been here with them 4 goin to 5 yrs now and this past yrs i notice the gate always up i asked myself we store here with confident that is a secure lot and place of storage but gate is always broken wasy access for a thief to come in and wipe us as the gate isnt shit aftet businesss hours at least im concern in this matter hope it can resolved quickly its been since September 2025 that exit gate been open

No one is there to ever answer the phone, I’ve been calling for the past week to tell them I needed a key replacement I keep getting sent to voicemail but no call backs. Also I went up there & no one was in the office but they close at 5pm? This will be my first & last time using this storage it’s too much!
The automatic door doesn't really work very well with the phone. I always have problems opening the entrance or exit.
The customer service I received from Patricia was the best I ever had. She was patient with me. She explained everything for me. Really professional. I will be sending everyone I know to her.

Im here again to update some information on january 27.2023
Thiefs broke into this place and tampered many locks . And all because they dont have enough cameras on every aisle..a lot of my stuff dissapeared and the reason im frustrared is cause this place is not secure at all .every memeber pay $15 for insurance and once this kind of situation happen they want you to make police report ,they want you to call the insurance ,they dont help you at all .they just want secure their money but not your belonggings.
If thiefts did it once .they will do it again ..bye forever public storage..
I hope they closed this place soon..👎👎👎👎👎👎👎This place deserves 0000000 stars.
