The facility is clean and always has carts available to help you move your stuff. I recently put my lock on wrong and my unit was not secure and they called me brought it to my attention and since I'm not in the state of Illinois currently they helped me cut it off and put a new one on and take care of everything.
Jose was super nice and knowledgeable! Cleaning the halls and making sure the bathroom is fully stocked and clean! 10/10
