First off they are charging 250 for an outside storage! (OUTSIDE) then I moved all my stuff and the young lady accused me of having an item in there that wasn’t mines and told me if I don’t get this chair they would charge me $500 fee when it gets to auction. A rip off she was rude called me dumb and hung up on me

Taishima was incredibly friendly, making it easy for us to seek help and guidance. She was not only welcoming and approachable but also showed a remarkable depth of knowledge and maintained high professionalism. She patiently answered all our questions about pricing, unit sizes, and operating hours, making a stressful time much smoother.

I was a first-time user of Public Storage and I have to say it was a great experience. Their employees on site were not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful. They answered any and all questions. The on line procedure was easy peasy and any billing communications were prompt and easy to understand. Prices were very reasonable too. Highly, highly recommend.
I recently help my mother get her things out of storage as we found her a new place to be. Taishima helped make exit process very easy and smooth. Definitely very welcoming and helpful and will be back if need another storage place. This location has amazing and thoughtful staff, you don’t really get that often from storages.
