I have nothing but good things to say about the facility and more importantly the service that I received from Traci. Easily the best customer service I’ve experienced at a storage unit.

Tracy gave me a call the day that my unit was available and informed me on all the information I needed to know. This company is well thorough and amazing. I haven't even moved my items in yet and know that they're going to take great care of it. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!!

Tracy and Stacy at the Ten Mile facility are 5 star, they go above and beyond to help thier clients. I have met with Tracy several times concerning my storage unit and she is awesome. Tracy has restored my confidence in exceptional customer service and that is does still exist! What a great experience getting our account and space setup and she has followed up to ensure all our questions are answered. I called with a couple of questions. Loren went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered. He was kind and helpful, even though the unit I had questions about was not his, as the call was forwarded to him. I am impressed by the customer service. Stacy or (Tracy?) also called to see. if we had any questions or if there was anything she could do to help us. The company seems to be customer focused.

I just have to say that Tracy the property manager at the 10 mile Public Storage is amazing!! She is so knowledgeable, helpful and very professional! The property is well kept, and I just want to say thank you for making things so easy for me!!!!

Best Customer Service I have encountered in a long time! I had to do this from California, trying to locate storage for a company project at the last minute, and Tracy went above and beyond to get me dialed into a unit right away. Upon arrival, the unit was clean, easy to access, and ready to go, as stated in our contract. I made a handful of calls to Tracy, and every time, she was able to answer my questions when needed. She did not disappoint. I definitely recommend this location, because you will get what you need when it comes to storage and great customer service. Thank you, Tracy, for everything 😁

Randomly picked this place over the other storage units in the area and I have been happy with the facilities so far. Clean space, fair price. I recommend going inside during business hours and introducing yourself to Tracy. It may be worth your time to know the staff who looks over your things.

After going through a pretty inconvenient experience at a different facility I was referred to this location, best thing that could’ve happened to me, I found not only a great option but amazing service from Tracy, it’s great to find kind people that you can clearly love what they do and take pleasure in helping customers, I highly recommend this place, very well kept and great customer service.

With Tracy on duty quality customer service is not a thing of the past. She found the solution to my problem with a unit in TX, something the TX office could not fix. She was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. She used every resource available to figure out the issue, she did the work. I would highly recommend this location.

Tracy is exceptional and an irreplaceable asset to Public Storage. My family and I had been struggling and had to move in with family so all of our belongings are here. She has always been extremely empathetic to my situation and has done everything within her ability to help us as we continue to overcome adversity. This is a very nice and safe storage facility with an exceptional site supervisor, Tracy, who has been extremely helpful with our move-in! She's awesome and makes sure you know how to get ahold of her or leave a message when she's not on-site being that this is a self service location that does not always have staff on-site! She really cares about your experience at her facility which is hard to come by these days, we really appreciate having someone who takes pride in their work and cares about the well-being of her customers and their belongings 😊

Have two units here and Tracy has helped me out with exceptional service

So... I will be as short as I can. I have had 4 storage units over the last 20 years in multiple states. I have never, never been treated like a good person or regular person with a need like I have with Tracy. Most times folks at these facilities treat renters like a bother. She took the time to ask my needs to fit my needs Asked me about my family and and kids and made me feel like a real client! Every other place wants you to rent and forget! Just pay thx.. Tracy is a rock star and will fit you with what you need! A+++++++!

The Property Manager Tracy at this Public Storage (3959 N. Ten Mile Road, Meridian ID) is THE BEST. She is Extremely Knowledgeable,, Professional and always Helpful!! I have used multiple storage facilities and Tracy hands down has made this rental experience my best ever. What an asset Public Storage has in Tracy at the facility. We have been renting there for almost 2yrs and she has been the most helpful , respectful and courteous person ever. Every time I go to my spaces (at least twice a week) she is out on her cart either cleaning, picking up debris or checking on the units. I truly appreciate all she does for us and it is a worry free pleasure storing a few of our prize possessions at her facility. Thank You Public Storage and Tracy :)

They have great security there and a day worker on site! Tracey she is GREAT! Go online for better storage deals then just walking in and renting. For afterhours rental or if u have an online reservation when u go into the office they have a kiosk with people there that can help you with everything. They also have a really cool app that lets you bluetooth open the gate or pay your rent and when you sign up for auto pay it enters you in a $1000 drawing! How cool is that! If you have home owners or renters insurance you dont have to have the insurance offered and they refund you the $15 after 30 days. We got a great deal in a 16x30 storage space! The only draw back I have experienced is the hours the close 9 PM.

So much to say in a short post. You can pick and reserve and pay and access your storage unit on the internet and through the app but you would miss out on the best part of this location. That is Tracy. She will call and check on you and ask if you have any questions regarding ALL of these things that you can do by yourself. BUT you guys know we always have questions and a real live person is so nice to help you just in case. Oh yeah and they have the best prices in town right now.

Today we rented a unit through Tracy at 10mi Public Storage. She was AWESOME! Had a few hiccups in our part setting it up and she was great helping undo our boo boos! I would whole heartedly recommend this location. Thanks for getting us set up Tracy!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience!! Tracy first off (Ten Mile-Meridian, ID) was so clear, a very good communicator, and made my experience so easy and less anxiety driven. So thankful this place has self service by kiosks and I was able to get in my storage unit asap and on a Sunday- most places are closed. I’d previously looked at other places and it was so complicated and I was asked too many details just to narrow something down. She knew exactly what would work for my situation, helped effortlessly navigate my situation WITH me, let me know of a special going on, and was so kind when I interacted with her at my earlier than expected departure. I met her later in person as I departed earlier, we had some laughs and she genuinely was interacting with me while accommodating my needs! Everything from downloading the app, getting the keys ( ready for you when arriving at the direct unit), gate access code (manual or from the app), to my earlier departure was so smooth, I will recommend them to family/ friends and have already talked about it on social media. This place knows customers and their needs, offering ways to intuitively navigate without the hassles. Simplification is so much better when stressed from moving or storing items short or long term! Thankful! :)

Tracy has been an amazing help and has had great advice to keep costs down and to overall meet my needs. Super easy to do everything online, also, which made it easy for me coming from out-of-state.

The manager at my Public Storage is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have met! She took the time out of her busy schedule to show me the availabile units, sent me the lease documents, walked me through the check in process and even called me to ensure my move-in went well. I wish every business was this well run!

If you need a place to keep your things safe this is your place! I’ve been here since around September 2023 and the property is always clean, well gated and safe. The gate is always working and it’s so easy to open with your phone so you don’t even need to get out when it’s cold. There’s 24 hour surveillance. And the best thing is that the property manager Tracy, is amazing! She helped answer all my questions and got me into a unite in a convenient location for me. And even after I got a unit too small she made it so easy to transfer over to a bigger one. She is honest and will go above and beyond to find you the best deal! I seriously have no complaints with the property or management.

I just got off the phone with Tracy at the 10 mile branch. She is amazing she help me get through the process got me into unit ASAP and was very helpful. She called me back to make sure everything was great and I was able to get everything done. If you need any help at this branch, you need to talk to her she is amazing.

Working with Tracy to get my RV storage spot was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of the details including giving me a list of the open spots and letting me take my time to decide which one I wanted to choose. She went above and beyond to show me how to use the app and test it out to make sure I could open the gate and access my storage spot. I highly recommend this Public Storage spot and Tracy is a huge reason why!

Started my rate 300.00 for 13 x 30. Monthy the rate goes up. Now at $374.00 Over a 3 month period? They bump you up once in. Every month. Oh and the fine print late fee is $71.80 before tax. Crazy.

We chose Public Storage because of their affordable price. Wow, were we wrong! In the span of a year they have raised the rent over $100. Starting to be too pricey.

I live in California and have been renting storage for family members living in Meridian we no longer needed the storage space. I would like to thank Tracy (Property Manager) for all of her assistance with vacating the storage space. Being remote she kept me informed on the state of the move. She is a professional and cares for the facility and the people who use it.

Easy to deal with and mobile access

Everyone we have dealt with it at this Public Storage site has been exceptional. We signed up originally the end part of May, our needs have changed to where we now need a bigger unit. The transition has been seamless, Manager Stacy, Customer Service Specialist Tracy, have all been shining examples of what customer service should be.
