I did an online rental and it was quick and easy. Met with Marjory in the office and she was sweet, knowledgeable and took her time with me answering all of my questions. She was very welcoming, took me to my unit and demonstrated the proper way to secure my unit. I was even able to vent to her about why I am storing and was a good ear to listen and very encouraging. I will tell everyone I know about my experience and to rent with Public Storage because of her.

For the price($$$) you might as well be living there. Would not recommend and glad to be moving!

Hello everyone, I have to tell you for the last year during all my surgeries Jenn at Public Storage has been there for me. When I forget to send my payments I get a call from Jenn. When I needed any form of help Jenn was ALWAYS kind enough to guide me in the right direction (related to my storage). When my movers bailed on me, early last year Jenn observed me panicking historically behind Public Storage gate Jenn offered assistance and advice that help me remarkably complete my task. After Covid no one has patience or customer service skills any more. It is a pleasure going to Public Storage and observing Jenn smiling face with kindness as she speaks to me (my drive was over two to six hours sometimes). Trust me after being on the road that long a simple smile makes your day. Jenn is the kind of employee who goes over and above just because it’s in her heart. Keep up the EXCELLENT work Jenn! You are definitely destined for great things to come. Your kindness has kept me at Public Storage this long in spite of the frequent raises. Thank you for being you and not like the rest (short patient, rude, and no sympathy). You are one of a kind. 🙏🏽👍🏾

After dealing with a bad situation I needed a storage unit fast. I Went to 3 different places to try and find somewhere my stuff would be safe, I arrived to this location Jenn was an amazing help and got me a perfect sized unit where I don’t have to worry about the safety of my belongings while being away. Title: Severe Mold Issue Due to Unresolved Leaks at Public Storage Review: I am utterly disappointed and compelled to warn others about the serious issues I encountered at Public Storage. What was supposed to be a secure climate-controlled space to store my belongings turned into a nightmare due to poor facility maintenance. Upon visiting my storage unit, I discovered that water had leaked inside, a problem I had not been forewarned about by the management. This leakage was not a recent issue, as evidenced by the extensive mold growth on my items, which have now been irreparably damaged. The presence of mold is not only a serious health hazard but also signifies a long-standing neglect of basic upkeep by the facility’s staff. Despite multiple complaints, the response from Public Storage’s management was lackluster. They displayed a concerning lack of urgency and responsibility in addressing the water leakage and preventing further damage. It is unacceptable for customers to pay for a service that jeopardizes the safety and integrity of their possessions. Future customers should be wary. The management here shows little regard for property care and customer service. If you value your belongings and wish to keep them safe and intact, I strongly recommend seeking a different storage facility. FYI - the 70.5 reading is the humidity in the unit. Rating: 1 out of 5 stars

i went to the storage facility, the ladies that work there are great but their concern to fix an issue for me was not taken seriously. they charged both of my cards and when i asked for a refund she told me that she will contact her district manager and never did. it should take so many loop holes to get a refund ! as quick as you take someone’s money is as quick as you need to give it back ! this completely irritated! horrible experience

So long story short previously 3 months before I rented a unit that I thought was big enough and I was so shocked but thankful that Jenn was so kind and patient to help me with the process and the move in I was so so happy and thankful because it was also last minute and i didn’t Know what to do but Jenn was their threw it all thank you …..

My experience with Public Storage was incredibly disappointing. I had reserved a storage unit online, and to my dismay, I received daily calls from their staff for a whole week, pressuring me for payment. When I finally purchased the storage unit online and arrived at the location, I was met with a horrifying sight. The storage unit was infested with rats; the walls were chewed up, rat feces were scattered everywhere, and another customer moving out showed me the rat-infested mess that had ruined her belongings. Horrified by the condition, I immediately contacted the company within two hours of making the payment, requesting to cancel my reservation and receive a refund. Initially, they agreed to refund me, but the very next day, I was charged for the unit, receiving only a partial refund of $21 out of the $158 I had paid. When I reached out for the rest of my refund, they told me to wait for 4 to 7 days and offered only $109 while keeping $30 as an unexplained administrative fee. What baffles me most is that there was no on-site staff, and I had to navigate their computer-operated system just to reach a customer service representative. This is despite them hounding me for a week to make the payment. I explained my situation, that I needed the unit to store my late mother's antique store after her passing, but they callously refused to refund the administrative fee. In summary, I strongly advise against using Public Storage. Their units are in deplorable shape, neglected, and infested with rats and roaches. To make matters worse, their distant property management in Miami is unresponsive and unhelpful. They won't refund the full amount of your hard-earned money. Please look elsewhere for your storage needs.

They raise the rent every 4 months. They have a horrible ear problem when moving out one unit we found a dead rat stuck to floor. Getting ready to move our other unit out as there are 10 plus other storage places that are cheaper up front and don't raise rent every 4 months and most importantly not eat infested. PS is a rat infested overpriced sess pool at this point. Also climate control on second floor does not work most of the time.

I've never rented a storage unit before, but Jenn at this location made this process so easy and quick! She is the most down to earth person and answered all of my 1000 questions lol. She was so helpful in guiding me through the process and explaining everything that I needed to know and including showing me how the app would work. I worked in hospitality for many years and while talking to Jenn made me feel like I was at a resort about to check-in to my room (wishful thinking right?!) lol due to her amazing customer service skills. This storage is affiliated with the storage next door by the car wash on Babcock in Palmbay The service is terrible I wouldn't dare recommend there service to family nor friend's it's awful when you just up and Auction someone belongings and they also took my payment of $200.00 I stop after work to bring $333.00 but of course as usual no one was there poor services turn around to find out the next time I returned that my belongings and my precious memories and everything that I worked so hard for was all gone

Rented a storage unit here today. The employee at the office today named Jenn was amazing! She was super helpful guiding me through the process and explaining how the payment and insurance works. Her customer service is 2nd to none,and left a good impression. I checked out the unit and it appeared clean and freshly swept out. So far I am very satisfied with the process 😀

My rate is almost DOUBLE from when I started almost 2 years ago. This is just crazy. My rate goes up every year. If you need storage for long term I would go somewhere else that actually values long term customers.

I sincerely want to warn people against doing business with this company. I'm not sure if all these 5 star reviews are real because after my experience with these scammers I wouldn't give even one star. I visited this Public Storage for the first time last Sunday, I was shown a 5x10 unit on the ground floor, I was satisfied with the price and location and I specifically asked if this is the one I'll get, and I've been told yes. I came back next day to sign a paperwork and property management said the unit is already rented (even if I made reservation for 5 days until Friday). Only one they can give me is on second floor. I got upset, but agreed to take what they have. The price was the same, so I paid $141 for the first month ( there was more charges then I expected, price online was $84),signed the contract and asked to show me my unit. So what I've been shown it was much smaller then first one, light switch was broken and there was no cameras like I've been told. So I asked to reverse the contract. And all I got back is $81. Not even stepped in the unit, did not use it at all!!! And they keep administration fee $29, what is not make it to $141 either. Then I asked to print the receipt of refund and got refused. And then I asked to talk to someone above, I been given the phone number of customer care, was on hold with them for 45 minutes, but, of course, nobody answered. So, I just got robbed for nothing, just for being on the property for 1 hour and talking to the manager. And even after that, 5 days later I see only $21 returned from them in my bank account!!! Dirty criminal business! Please stay away from them!

Someone put MY stuff in a storage unit in someone else's name and they want you to literally move your stuff out into another storage unit even though I am an authorized user!! Makes no sense and I will pay it but who has time to even do that. Waste of time.and it shouldn't of even been able to happen. It wasn't thier stuff to put in storage in first place. So beware!!!!

My experience was great! Marjorie was the sweetest. Great customer service!!! She was very helpful with getting us a ground unit because I have a knee injury and requiring surgery.. She walked me around and explained everything. She also helped me with the downloading of the app and set up. It will definitely make it easier on coming in and out. Setting up reservation over phone was very easy. In the office Corlis and Lacey were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Corlis was amazing, she went above and beyond to answer all of my questions! Couldn’t have had a better experience or better customer service!!

Way too expensive

Overall, getting in and setup was relatively standard stuff. Lacey was efficient and got me going faster than my typical experience. Facility seems to be well maintained. Update, Prices went fro $124 for a 5x10 outside drive up to $180 in 5 months, you do the math. Way to much for what I need it for!!
