Management & staff at our location have been very friendly & helpful. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. AC in each building works good.
The only complaint is the computers & program runs very slow and it took a long time to process our info.
They scammed me with a Bait and Switch. Do not use this company, however if you must make sure you see the storage unit in person first! Do not pay them until you see the actual storage unit as they could care less about their clients needs and safety as they assign the worst units via phone or web. There is not one responsible person I was able to get resolution, truly the worst company I have dealt with in Naples.
Donald and Janette was wonderful they provided excellent service to me. They were both very professional and took care of needs.

Terrible. The elevator hasn’t worked in 6 months with no sign of being fixed. None of the lights near my unit work. And they’ve had a fire protection system failure for over 6 months with no resolution. On top of all that, when the city lowered tax rates, Public Storage sent an email saying something to the effect of “good news, with the tax reduction we are saving money. Therefore, we are raising your rate by x%.” What a joke! Don’t trust this company!
The facility is closed for nearly a month late last year. No dates for reopen provided. We are paying a premium without access to our units. Recently the elevator has been out no notification when it will be fixed. No notice to renters prior to them arriving with talk their stuff or wanting to remove items that require the elevator. Note the rent increases continue.
The good experience was Donnie kindly helping me with a couple of heavy items and declined payment for his help. The bad experience was the lack of air conditioning in the building where our storage was (bldg. C).
Assistant Manger Mr.Donnie is a SUPER GREAT help here at the 7325 Davis blvd Public Storage , Storage Unit are Nice and Clean from the inside and out unit to the restroom here at this location. I Would highly suggest to rent at this public storage location here at 7325 Davis Blvd.
Had an issue with my unit and the regional manager, Jeremy worked with me to get a different unit more suitable for my needs and went above my expectations to accommodate me. Good location and easy access in snd out. They have large pull charts always available inside each building which is very helpful.
We arrived to get our belongings out of a 2nd floor storage and found the elevator was broken. We are both elderly with multiple health issues and are unable to carry the bins down the stairs. We spoke to the site manager, Donny, who informed us they were waiting for parts.
He then went above and beyond to help us, getting a hand truck and loading it up with 5 large storage bins and lowering it down the stairs, 1 step at a time. That was no easy feat!
He was compassionate and wanted to insure that neither one of us got hurt. He went 1 step further and assisted us in finding the same size storage unit on the 1st floor. He never once complained and went out of his way to help us with several other paperwork issues. He is a real asset to your company! 😊
Do Not Rent here! Place got shut down due to failing fire code inspections, couldn’t access my unit for over a week. Rent advertised is 35% of what you will be paying in less than 1 year. It will then triple over the next couple years and then go up 33% per year. They offered me a $25 credit after I couldn’t access my unit due to their negligence when it cost me thousands.
Zero stars ! Do yourself the favor and DONT TRUST this facility with your items. It’s been a week since I have NO ACCESS to my belongings. Outside gate is disabled and manager and office won’t answer calls. They can’t even let you know when they will be open again. I have stuff in there I have been needing and I can’t even have access to. To make things worse, I get an email saying they will be RAISING MY RATE next month $70 extra.
Property is closed since last week and I can’t into my storage unit. Manager does not return my calls. Previous week the elevator was not working. So I couldn’t get my stuff out then. Not happy with this storage facility and you won’t be either.

donnie at PS naples davis was so helpful today as my friend as having car issues with her car not starting inside PS driveway...he offered assistance, phone, jumper cables anything to help get the car away from building...finally car started and away we went...thx to Donnie...

I have been a customer of Public Storage for well over 15 years and it’s a great location. In the last few years, I have had the good fortune to work with Jamie, the manager of the Davis Blvd. location. Jamie is fantastic and absolutely a wonderful person to work with. The situation I had to deal with was not a easy one and Jamie, being a true professional, handled it and solved the problem for me Jamie has a great attitude, is extremely helpful and cares about her customers as well as her staff. I have seen her interact with many people while at the facility and she is both nothing but friendly and helpful to everyone she comes in contact with. Jamie is a HUGE asset to Public Storage and I hope Public Storage knows how luck they are to have her has an employee. Thanks, Jamie, for all you did for me.

Only use for short term. Unit price started at $176/mo price increased to $240/mo 6 months later and a little over a year the price increased to $311/mo. Over 75% increase monthly after a year of using them and who knows if the increases would ever end. Clear as day they prey on anyone too lazy to move out so they can keep increasing rates and collecting people's money. Moved out 3 days after renewal and gave no chance at a prorated rate or anything. Full month charge. Store with caution.

Having a negative experience at the White Lake Blvd. site, Stephanie was more than helpful to assist me through the whole process; answering pertinent questions; and genuinely cares for space renters. We had a great experience at the Public Storage facility on Davis. It is conveniently located, clean and well taken care of. Alicia was great to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, went over all the options and pricing. She was most helpful with setting up the app and reviewing all that can be done through it. Highly recommend working with Alicia and the the storage facility.

I am really disappointed by Public Storage they raised my rent from $110.05 to $143.06 no reason or explanation given. $33.01 increase. The same 5x8 climate unit is listed for $75 with first month rent free. I have been a customer for over 7 years. I have never missed a payment. Every year they raise the rent, no reason given, but never so much. It would make smart business sense to take care of proven loyal customers, but this is not their business model.

The price of our unit doubled this past month. They did apologize for not catching it when we checked out. However, it is still a huge increase. I hope they compensate their employees for the increase in unit prices or else it’s more money not “trickling” down.
I stopped into this location for packing supplies. Jamie was so helpful in letting me know what I would need to pack up my apartment. She provided me great customer service and even let me know I can return boxes in case I don't end up using them all but better to be safe than sorry. Thank you Jamie for your help. I will recommend to stop and see Jamie to anyone who needs storage or supplies!
Just want to say this place went up in my rent twice in one year to me that seems a little bit ridiculous went from paying $50 to $74 for a 5x5 unit without even letting me know they were going to raise my rent I will be looking for a new place to go in the area!! Very disappointed we're not recommend them to anyone

Edit: unfortunately I have to update this review, as the predatory practices have made an already difficult move even worse. We kept our unit clean and paid on time for two years. We didn't complain when our rates increased by over 50% this year. But when the closing was delayed on our new home, and in the midst of the stress of coordinating with family from out of state coming to help, they offered no flexibility or sympathy and charged us for a full additional month the same day we vacated our unit in accordance with their guidelines. I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone in the Naples area.

First off i would like to say that I personally do not store here but i was there a few days ago and there was a gentleman that was riding in the golf cart picking up trash around the property and seen my friend and myself struggling to load our truck and Gabriel stopped what he was doing and offered to help. This was not his job but he was such a great help. Im glad he was there that day because if it was not for him we would have lost an expensive appliance. He was very polite, Professional, and courteous. If anyone is looking for a place to store their belongings with great staff, This is the place to go ask for Gabriel or Jaime they are the absolute best. Jaime helped us with the vacating process and was very helpful as well as knowledgeable and kind. These two are definitely your power team for sure. Hope to seeing them in the near future the dynamic duo. Thank you all again.
