Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 5055 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO

I've been using Public Storage on Centennial in Colorado Springs, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The manager, Pamela, truly stands out with her excellence and hard work. She's always personable and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. From the moment I walked in, Pamela made sure all my questions were answered and helped me choose the best size unit for me. The grounds are always clean and well-maintained, which gives me peace of mind. I store valuable items here, and knowing the facility is secure and tidy makes all the difference. I've never felt uneasy or unsafe while accessing my unit, no matter the time of day. The locations really good not quite the west side not quite north side it's convenient and close to the freeway. Kudos to Pamela and her team for creating such a welcoming and professional environment. Highly recommended! Scott

I have to tell you that the residence employee Pamela at the centennial Blvd location , she has been the best . She called me to let me know that my storage unit was locked but not all the way locked and secured, she on numerous occasions has called me to remind me that my rent is due and goes out of her way with making me feel safe about renting a storage unit on her property. The number one reason to have a vehicle storage space at this location is Pamela the property manager, she provides the most outstanding customer service out of ALL public storages I have ever done business with! It's so refreshing to receive customer service of such high caliber especially in 2023, in my experience everywhere I've gone customer service is subpar. I have had my car stored at this location for over a year and half and Pamela has treated me like family and has called me and kept me updated on my car being safe and secure when i wasnt able to make it in to check on my car like i would like to every month.That being said Pamela reconized how much my car means to me and for example when there was golf ball sized hail and extreme wind storms a few different times. Pamela inspected my car on her own accord and would call me and leave me a message letting me know that it wasnt damaged or that she fixed my car cover for me so it didnt blow away. Absolutely going above and beyond the average property manager, truly making it so I wouldnt have to stress about my car being safe or damaged, because i knew Pamela actually cares about her customers. Best PS in Colorado Springs. The property is always well maintained. The Property Manager , Pamela , is so helpful. I love the recommendations she makes to help...like the boxes and tape they sell. My most recent purchase, the plastic wrap to wrap my dining room chair cushions, was so worth the money. CHECK OUT WHAT THEY HAVE ON SITE! I was surprised how much I could buy there without making the dreaded trip to the Big Box Stores. Everything I needed in a pinch was there for me. Thank you Pamela for all you do! I really appreciate the peace of mind I have with my belongings at your location. Oh...and thank you for keepings things safe when it's snowing. My wife and I really notice how hard you work to keep us safe. And my puppy...that's getting bigger...says hi.

Pamela goes above and beyond to keep the place clean and tidy. She is very professional and easy to work with. The rates are reasonable. There is a clean bathroom on site, which is nice when you're sorting through a ton of boxes.

Had some issues but the amazing office lady pam went above and beyond to fix them she is amazing she makes the place better if it was not for her I'd take my business els where but other places don't have her

This place is awesome, I’ve had a parking space there for my trailer for a few months and I just moved into a 10x30 unit today as well. Pam is awesome, is always on top of everything and nothing gets by her. She notices everything, is extremely friendly, and always calls promptly anytime anything of interest comes up, whether it be concerns about the security of your unit or information on newly vacated rental options you may be interested in. Can’t recommend this place enough. The whole property is clean and secure and the units are immaculate. 5 out of 5, especially for Pam.
