My experience thus far has been excellent. The ability to hold a unit prior to actual move in is a plus. While my online reservation to some time to process, Matthew was very thorough, patient, helpful and polite. Attributes much appreciated considering the stress of moving.

5 Stars – Customer Service So Good, I Thought I Was Being Pranked (In a Good Way!)
I don’t know what kind of coffee the customer service team is drinking, but I need some! From the moment I reached out, it felt less like I was solving a problem and more like I was being adopted into a very efficient, very funny family.
Not only did they solve my issue faster than I could say "hold music," but they did it with such humor and charm, I was actually disappointed when the conversation ended. Who enjoys customer service chats? Apparently, me now.
I really like how clean everything is! I believe they just opened this location so we were fortunate to get a space close to the front door. I ran into Matthew as I was loading up my unit and he was very friendly and professional! Thanks for the hospitality!
