The place allowed people to break into my sister's storage unit within two months of her putting things in. The thieves replaced the lock with one they could buy at the place. They told her the cameras only go back a week and couldn't look it up. They made it difficult for her to file a police report because they were closed for 10 minutes. When trying to ask for help from the people who work there they were rude and not wanting to help. Seeming like an inside job the more I hear details.

Ashley was amazing. Very helpful and answered all our questions. Helped us with insurance and the app. Looking forward to working with this team!

This is the second review I'm writing. I kindly deleted the first review because the director/manager of the store rob reached out to me after my first review saying" I feel like i'm begging you to change your review, we have meetings and go over google reviews and a 1 star doesn't look good for business" Not that he actually cared about the reason i wanted to cancel my contract in the first place because of the POOR customer service I received. I deleted it because I THOUGHT Rob was going to make sure my money was refunded but its been MONTHS! I've texted him multiple times and he has ignored me. He claimed it's in a check that will be mailed to me and i haven't received anything yet. So not only do they have poor customer service, tried to bribe me to change my review, but also they stole my money.

This company is awesome, I worked here for 3 years and I have nothing but good to say about it. The district manager Rob was the best boss anyone could ever ask for. He treated his employees and customers with nothing but respect and kindness. He was understanding to any situation and always helped in anyway he could. He was always working even when he was off. I originally only planned to be there for a year because of what I wanted to do for my career but he is one of the reasons why I stayed longer. He was just a fantastic boss and I could only hope to have another as good as him! The company alone was a great place to work, everyone was awesome; and everyone helps each other out like a family. Chantil, Ashley and Sarah were the best, I more so worked with them and we all got very close. Honestly everyone who worked there was fantastic, Victoria and Jenny were always a huge help and they are all great people. I never thought a storage company could leave such a large impact on my life but it did and I’m very thankful for the experience it gave me and the friends I will always have because of it. HIGHLY recommend working here!!!!

This is a great facility. Always clean. Nice size parking lot with an easy entrance and exit for people driving large uhaul style trucks that may not feel comfortable turning them around in a parking lot. Staff is friendly and responsive as well.

Public storage is a great storage facility. The price you pay is the peace of mind that you get knowing that you're stuff is secure.

Allie and Ashley deserve all the 5 stars, praises and raises possible. Those two always made sure everyone on the premises were safe with a clean area, made sure we all understand the protocols and the elevator/access code. When I reserved the wrong unit size and didn’t realize until I thought it was too late, those ladies made sure everything was taken care of and that we were in the best unit and price available. Thank you for calming us during the most stressful of times. We wish to have had a garbage bin (even if it was extra charge) but understandably we know why, and thank you for being around when we needed you both all day :) for the knowledge and professionalism with the friendliest staff. Sorry this review is overdue but thank you again for the sweetness, security and cheerful personality we very much needed!!

The 5 stars are due to employees Sarah and Ashley. They are awesome! Frankly, after my initial conversation with (I’m assuming) the corporate office, I was turned off because it felt like high pressure sales. However, I decided to visit the facilitiy in person. After Sarah gave me the tour, I decided this was the right place for me. I went online for the best price, then Ashley got me set up to move in right away. Great experience! I went shopping for a storage unit today to temporarily aide our moving process. I went to 2 different facilities in the area before this one and found no availability at the first place and possible availability but poor service at the second one where the lady at the office recommended I shop on their website instead. If I wanted to do that I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas to drive down. I ended up a Public Storage in Spring Valley where Allie took care of us so well! She was very welcoming, I made the comment that she should be in the hospitality industry. She didn't act like she was too busy to help us and she even took us on the property to show us the different size units. The process was very easy. We love the location and the security measures this place has. Thanks to Allie we also know exactly how to get to the unit, restrooms and moving dollies. 5 star service, 5 Star business

The ladies here are incredibly sweet! We were able to gain access to our unit a day early and they didn’t rush us out when we’re getting the last of things off our truck. They helped me into the elevator with my dolly as I carried my 9 month old on my hip. Just amazing, you don’t get that kind of service as often these days. Aside from the amazing service, the units are very clean and secure! Highly recommend ♥️

UPDATE: Sarah, manager for this location reached out and went above and beyond to provide awesome customer and rectify my previous issue. I greatly appreciate the service she provided. She was caring and empathetic to my situation and offered a real solution. Thank you so much Sarah! Rent for my unit was $151 and has now increased to $343 over 4 years. However, the exact unit at the exact same location is being advertised and rented for $229 or online special pricing of $183. This makes absolutely no sense.

There are no number labels anywhere so you have no idea where you're going the first time you show up, but other than that it's great!

Jenny was great ! Her customer service was 10/10. She also speaks Spanish which is FANTASTIC! I accompanied my mom and I usually have to translate, but she did a better job then I ever could.

Today I walked in trying to get some information on renting a storage. Currently my life is very chaotic, selling and purchasing a new home and potentially being homeless for 2 weeks while our new home becomes vacant. So because our home won’t be ready for a few more weeks, we are in need of a big storage unit. I already walked in with the mindset of spending a minimum of $500. From the moment I walked in, Chantil made me feel at ease. After giving her a little tea of my situation, she was able to inform me of my options and gave me her recommendations for which unit would be best for our situation. Things haven’t been going our way for the past few months, but today Chantil gave me hope. That when things aren’t always the greatest, you find a reason to smile and you meet great people that can change your mood and give you a helping hand when you least expect it. Needless to say Chantil helped me get situated with a 10X30 and I didn’t pay $500! I’m so very grateful to Chantil, thank you for making today fast, easy and fun. I haven’t laughed that much in a very long time. You are such a light to be around. Thank You from the bottom of my heart!

Pretty cool especially last minute. A little pricey tho

This is my second time using this location for storage during moves. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I would have to put my entire home into storage this time until 2 weeks before we had to be out of our rental and still had not found a home to move into. I ended up having to switch units two times after starting with a 10x10, then moving to a 10x20, and eventually moving everything again into a 10x30. Sarah was extremely helpful, I was originally going to get the 10x20 while I still had the 10x10 and she suggested waiting until I could move everything out of the 10x10 and into the bigger space on the same day to save on fees. I took her advice and waited but still ended up having to get an even bigger space but this time, thanks to her advice, I knew what I was doing. All of the ladies are super helpful and nice, which makes the whole stressful situation a little bit easier. The facility is clean every time I go and aside from the cart issue (people not returning the keys for the carts, which leads to limited availability), I've never had an issue with anything.

I’ve been a long time customer of this facility and of many Public Storages across several states. This by far is the best. Always clean never had a security issue and the staff was always friendly. Sara the manager trouble shooted a lease issue and I couldn’t be more happy with her professionalism and outcome. Thank you Again !

Audrey helped me today, she was very patient with me. I had actually came back after we finished the process because I had insufficient funds in my account. I can back after about an hour and I was able to get my storage that pertains my needs.

I just checked out today. This storage facility is clean, safe and staff is amazing. Sarah is awesome and made my check out super easy. My real star is Shantell. I’ve had multiple interactions with her. She is always really helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Hopefully I’ll never have to use storage again but if I do, it’ll definitely be Public storage on Sweetwater in Spring Valley.

I had stored items for three years here and it was always clean, never saw bugs, etc. They have great security too and helpful and friendly staff. I’d use them again if I needed stiorage.

Employees are super nice and helpful! One thing that absolutely irks me every single time I come here no matter the time there are never enough storage carts. Some people how them for a long time and aren't even using. Be prepared to put your access code in and carry stuff up everytime.

Raised the monthly rate by 25% in one month. It was expensive to start with, but we needed a climate controlled unit. Sorry, but a 5x5 for $100 a month is outrageous. We're moving out this weekend.

Do not use these facilities. While the place is nice and new the staff is horrible! Treated me extremely unfair was disrespectful and just lack class. I have never i mean ever been treated as bad as i have at the place. The project manager looks like she’s on drugs. The other 2 people were just very unprofessional. I repeat do not use their service. You can only access until 6pm. Just go down the street and use cube smart which you can access until 9pm or so.

A big shout out to Desmond, Audrey and chantil for the help of getting my storage units. I have multiple units here and every time I need another unit I get great help and hassle free renting the units I need . I work for an emergency pack out company and need storage units asap . When I'm in the area I will always use public storage. This facility is well kept . They are sanitizing all the door handles and bathroom's as we were in packing our box truck.. this is a climate controlled storage facility so it's great for storing important items that will not normally do well in a regular storage facility.. these guys are great and always on top of every little detail to helping there customer's.. thanks for all the help..

This is the worst PLACE I've ever seen, They made my sister put her stuff back in the unit just to charge her for a month. The office and District Manger have no Customer service. They're more worried about going home on time. I would never understand how you can mange a place and take peoples money with no understanding of the word Customer Service. Seeing that I work in the Customer Service Field for over 20yrs.

Always clean and great staff. Ashley is always so friendly, cheerful and helpful.

I had the best first time visit ever re: storage facility. Patricia and Ashley very welcoming, great personality, knowledgeable, very helpful. I definitely, absolutely recommend the Spring Valley location. I will spread the word to all my friends & relatives as my thanks & appreciation.

The team at the facility is second to none. They went above and beyond during my brief time of need. Procuring the rental space and moving in could have been more difficult, but they made it simple and removed some of the stress. They were accomodating and had great attitudes.In addition, the facility is well maintained and clean. Furthermore, every staff member I met was helpful and displayed excellent cutomer service.

Clean and 1st month free

This is a great facility. It is very well maintained, meet and clean. It is climate controlled so I do not have to worry about my things. All of the staff at this facility, are very knowledgeable, super helpful and well versed at what they do. Excellent customer service, by caring professional staff this made all the difference. I have had many storage facilities in the past and this has been by far my best experience ever. I would highly recommend this location because of its excellent facilities and fantastic staff. Definitely a 5 star rating!!

Muy buen servicio

Very fast and friendly. My movers were running late (typical) and the manager (Chantil) was very helpful and understanding. Also, my movers underestimated the size of the storage we would need so I had to get another one last minute. Patricia was able to get me another unit in the same building and floor, around the corner from the first unit to make easier for the movers. Customer service was A+++

Had lost my living space and needed to store some things. And then I found Public storage in spring valley. The staff working were very nice and kind. Thanks I

Unfortunately I did not do my homework well enough and used SpareFoot to get a comparison of storage units in my area. I found a Public Storage unit and reserved it. 10 x 15 upstairs unit, climate controlled, for $141/month. I checked in at Public Storage the next day. The workers did NOT alert me to a difference in price between my reservation and their actual prices. Later that day I saw on the Public Storage website that they were only charging $128/month for the same unit, same characteristics. I had already left the storage place at that point and could not go back for 2 days. At that point I returned to the storage unit, showed the lady at the desk that they were only charging $128/month and requested, since this offer was also available only 2 days prior when I first signed up, that they adjust my rate to match. They refused and stated they were unable. They also stated their District Manager Rob Fragoso would be unable to help as well. They did give me his contact information. I emailed him and we shall see if he responds. At this point however, I can NOT recommend either SpareFoot or Public Storage. I am an unhappy customer.

So with all that is going on people out of work still waiting to get checks from our government. So I called to ask if they were offering anything to help people out during this time and they quick to say “nope we are not “. Shame on I’m you Public storage as soon as we get over all this madness I will for sure be closing my account and taking my stuff elsewhere.

I reserved a 10x25 unit online and was contacted by Desmon. We discussed unit availability and online registration. My move date was 2 weeks out and Desmon called me a couple times to verify my upcoming appointment and provide a status on available units. The registration this afternoon included going to see the unit and completing some final paperwork. Desmon was friendly and knowledgeable. There was no hidden costs and everything was explained fully. Desmon provides OUTSTANDING Customer Service and makes the whole process enjoyable. Thank-you!!

I was looking for a better place too store my stuff , was in a older storage place where I believed I was getting a better deal. Which wasn’t the case?. So I found P.S. in Spring Valley close friendly. Immediately once I got there they made me feel at home Ashley was very helpful and friendly . She help me pick out the best unit in my price range which was a heck of a lot cheaper then the competition and way more cleaner and up-to-date. Would refer all my family and friends to public storage in Spring Valley Thank you.

I started renting 2 months ago and I love the customer service here. They took their time in explaining any questions I had and were very helpful to best suit my needs and were very honest. I appreciate everything they did.

What a great location! Shantel and Audrey were so helpful and made my move less stressful. The key for my cylinder lock got lost and Shantel helped get it cut the day before I moved. I also misplaced my phone and coffee and found me when I thought I lost it. A very safe and secure location, clean and climate controlled for a reasonable price!

Expensive! After 2 years renting this place they informed me today that next year's rent is going to be $75.00 for a 5x5 feet.

Audrey checked me in and she was awesome. Direct to the point, informative and accomodating. I appreciate her professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

Great facility, wonderful and friendly staff. I’ve only really interacted with Patricia and Desmon and have all helped me with my questions. It’s very convenient that they provide dollies to borrow while visiting - only short come would be the facility hours and usually have to wait for the weekend to visit but other than that. 👌🏼

Desmon is the best! He set up my account and has always been so helpful when I come into the office. He is always helpful along with his co workers.

This place is very clean and the employees here are the best. I’ve been in my unit many times after business hours and they let me finish doing what I needed to do. Every employee I’ve encountered has been very polite and professional especially Desmon and another employee but I can’t remember her name. Thank you public storage.

Ensure you don't need access to your unit that you pay for when you want. They operate the same business hours that 99% of the work force operates. Inconvenient hours.

The staff is friendly. There are dolly's available. The unit is clean and temperature controlled. Fair pricing. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the available hours. They have very limited open schedule to access your space.

Victoria is a wonderfully cheerful, sweet, humorous, humble, knowledgeable and HELPFUL manager who helped me meet all my needs I had storing my belongings AND went above and beyond her required duties to explain in greater detail for me, MORE THAN ONCE, all I needed to know and do (because I was in a confused state due to how quickly I had to get out of my former home). I am extremely grateful to Victoria for everything she did for me and very happy with her service and her wonderful attitude. I will happily recommend her specifically to anyone needing Public Storage's services.
