I had a good experience with this location. Super clean facility. Easy to get in and out of. When moving items in, I accidentally dropped a glass jar full of change and the woman working there helped me clean up all the glass and each every single coin.

This was my first time using a storage facility, which we rented to help a young man in transition after his father died and his mother became seriously sick. We felt secure and appreciated the climate controlled facility, security accessroller carts.Staff was helpful and professional. Unfortunately with the announcement of an increase in our monthly fee, after just a few months, we had no choice but to pack up and move out. We cleared everything out in just a few days and it was disappointing to learn the our last payment could not be prorated (we ended Had the rent remained the same, we might have stayed longer. You should review the history of why people leave. Having good paying customers is much better than loosing customers. Renee’

Clean facility and convenient location. Wendy the property manager has excellent customer service and goes well above her job duties. She is friendly, helpful and very informative. The selling point for me were the number of security cameras and secured entrances/exits.

Very clean. Temperature and humidity controlled. Easy access from the freeway and the property manager and staff is very friendly. Multitude of carts available for use.

I drive a semi for Allied an this place was great they had parking in front of the building so I could wait for my customer an the turns were wide so I had no problem getting in an out of the building, place was clean an well taken care of

I will start off by saying that this location started on a low. I won’t go into too many details but I wasn’t happy at the beginning. Wendy went out of her way to listen to my concerns, offer a remedy to the situation and was very transparent moving forward. The move out was easy and Wendy made sure everything was good to go. I do recommend this place for storage facilities. As far as price is concerned, I don’t feel is was unfair for the space we had.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! Last year I received a 40% rent increase. This year a 37% rent increase. I have left multiple messages for management to return my calls and have received no reply. A 77% rent increase in two years. These businesses should be rent controlled like other properties. Renters beware!

Before I get to my complaint about Public Storage, I want to say that this particular location is nicer than most and the property manager Wendy is amazing. She does a great job caring for her customers, which is a really challenging task given the position in which the tone-deaf policies of the company she represents place her. Public Storage, based on the 35% rent increases in each of the last two years, shows how little they respect and appreciate their customers. $139 to $255 in two years? It’s a slap in the face to loyal customers. Well, today I cleared out my space and walked away. Some are not as lucky and don’t have a choice but stay and endure the gouging. I was in that position until recently and was finally able to move out. The customer ahead of me in line was making the same complaint. I am sure it is a common grievance. Being in the customer service business, I always say it is cheaper to keep existing customers than get new ones. Good luck, Public Storage.

This is my first time renting any kind of public storage, and the entire moving process is stressful enough. I did not understand the logistics of the storage rental and called yesterday while I was having a meltdown. A very patient, professional and knowledgeable associate of your Petaluma location acknowledge my distress and invited me to come down to the facility today so that she could personally walk me thru the entire process. I am so relieved and thankful for Wendy’s assistance. I cannot not imagine having to try and figure all this out on the day of the move this coming week. I’m so grateful.

Overpriced for what you get. Parking for vehicles is poor when the storage is inside the building. The doors are difficult to open when they were bent by a previous tenant. No garbage dumpsters available to use. Others had that luxury. Will use one of their competitors instead of this chain.

I highly recommend this storage facility. Easy access right off the freeway, clean, and secure. The price was reasonable and competitive for the area. Samantha was really friendly and moving out was a breeze. I will gladly come back if I ever need a storage unit again in the future.

The staff go way beyond their capabilities of services. The 1. Thing i would change is the lighting. There are no lights on or in the storage so the only light is the hallways lights. Bring a flashlight!

Great friendly staff! Very nice and clean indoor facility! I called inquiring for a storage and within 30 min I had my space and access codes!! All done over the phone and on line! AWESOME! Was greeted by what appeared to be an on site manager . It is comforting to see they monitor incoming traffic along with a nice security system! I am very glad I chose Public Storage!

Not only is this property spotless and brand new, the customer service has been above and beyond! Assunta helped us find the perfect unit and navigate the signup procedure online, which allowed us to save a few bucks - she was just great throughout the process, and you can tell she cares. We've had bad storage experiences in the past, but everything about this place has given us comfort and confidence!

I just vacated my public storage unit yesterday. This was such an easy and attentive place to work with during my 6 months using. Ann, in the office was extremely helpful and regularly walked the hall while I was vacating yesterday. She offered carts, and even a smaller unit when we weren't thinking that we would be able to fit everything -- all without me asking or having to track someone down.

I recently needed a short term storage unit in Petaluma and found this location to be great. I hesitated at first because the available unit was upstairs, but the have carts you can use and the elevator works great. The facility was always spotless when I was there, and the managers were very helpful.

I have used Public storage many times in the last 20 years and they always have great customer service and clean facilities. I can't recommend them enough. This time I needed a storage unit at the last minute on a Sunday. They delivered storage unit very moderately priced clean and saved my keister!!

I recently moved back to Petaluma, from Texas. There were several challenges with my move, but once I picked a place to store everything, and met Assunta, the manager of this Public Storage site, things finally fell into place. She was great, and helped me work out several issues related to PODS not showing up and then the movers not showing up to unload it once it did arrive, a week late. Thank you to Assunta and Public Storage, now my belongings are finally in the same state as I am!

What a great public storage location! It is brand new, clean, and has a huge variety of storage sizes. Best of all the property manager was so accommodating and nice to work with.

The Public Storage on Petaluma Blvd South is the cleanest storage building I have ever seen.We have to thank the staff . They work hard and do a great job. I'd like to mention Eric. He does an amazing job. He is personable, professional. He understands Public Storage's policies. He helped my husband and I with renting our storage locker. He lead us to exactly what we needed in storage. Eric has great people skills. He will go far in the Public Storage organization.

I rented a 10 x 10 storage unit from this particular Public Storage there's a woman named Diane there that helps me and she's very courteous very warm very inviting showed me the 10 by 10 storage unit I rented it I want you to know at this particular Public Storage clean and very helpful I give it a great reading it if they do a wonderful job there. I would recommend it to all my friends

On my reservation I met Susan the manager she was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. The building was very assessable from the freeway. The storage unit was very clean and well secured. This place is shady! Don’t rent from them! They will charge you extra fees, lie to you/leave out information about the contract, and charge you even after moving out. Very untrustworthy and cold-hearted corporate business practices.
