Kristie provided great customer service. Our storage was about to be auction off but we paid it at the last minute (2 days before). After paying our bill and obtaining a new lock for security she followed us over to the location so that my husband and I could put our new lock on. Thank you Kristie you're awesome.

I lost my key to my unit. Kristie called me after I left a message and got me taken care of. I only had to buy a new lock and sign a release. Kristie was so pleasant and professional.

This place is understanding if u miss a payment, and allows you to make a late payment the staff who calls regarding late payments is very friendly and professional. Public storage is a good place to store stuff at.

I gotten my storage back in January the ppl was very nice and help me choose a great space for my two bedroom cause it was my first storage space and I wasn’t sure what to get but I do recommend a storage with climate control if you have nice stuff like me cause it helps a lot I pick my stuff up Friday and it’s April my stuff was still the same no bugs no leaks I would always come back to this storage cause of kristie great customer service and for recommending my storage space 🙌🏽🧡

Public Storage itself is great. This exact location on Azalea though.. is a nightmare. It is basically on a 75 degree incline and so many trucks have gotten stuck that there is actual missing chunks of asphalt from their tail gates. There is no sign stating this so they only way to find out is to get stuck. Hands down the absolute worst place to have a storage unit. Supposedly if you come from the opposite of Cottage Hill it’s easier to go in at an angle, but still there is no sign or guidance or anything directing the safest way to get up the hill with a truck or a trailer. I personally had my moving company get stuck and we had to wait over an hour for a tow. Luckily Mobile PD was there to help guide traffic but seriously…

Sharron helps me and my daughter whenever we need her she keeps the property clean and organized and she makes it feel like home and leaves us with a good feeling that our life's possessions are safe and in good hands and I hope she can and will be a great property manager for many many years to come thanks Ms.Sharron

I recently rented a small unit at this facility only to find out that it was going to be too small!! They didn't have any bigger ones available so I had to go to another facility. I hated to leave because the office staff here was so so nice! Both of them were helpful, understanding, very pleasant and took care of me. Jarvis and Christy are definitely an asset to the company!

The severs today was amazing! Jarvis has a wonderful spirit about himself that made the experience short sweet and to the point, with a few laughs in between.

Complete ripoff scam artist give you one price whenever you start then after a month or 2 double the price call their local number acting like I wanted a new storage and they gave me the original price when I met in that they said that that price no longer available that I would have to pay the full price there was added climate maintenance fees and other stuff they had rats roaches and leaks all my stuff got ruined Not only that but they continued additional charges until it was over double the a mission will price top corporate headquarters and was supposed to get a call from regional manager and got ignored and never called tried calling repeatedly to get it resolved and to no Avail do not use these people they have horrible customer service and no help

Was given the wrong information and never received the so called emails of the amount being due on a different day that were sent out of 5+ emails that was supposedly sent to me ... So instead of me paying my regular monthly fee I get charged $52 more because property manager told me wrong .. Because I trusted what was told to me and didn't read the first email that I received.... All I'm getting told is they apologize but it's nothing they can do... And this is my second time with them and the first time was pretty great experience.

I recently relocated to the area, and I needed a storage unit fast. This location was conveniently located to the general area that I was looking to live. I've had noting but positive experiences every single time I've entered the property, whether it be from the front office staff, the cleanliness of the facility, or the secure feeling I get when I know my belongings are safe. The climate controlled unit I have is more that big enough to easily accommodate everything I own. I wouldn't feel as comfortable renting from any other location, or company in the area. A very special mention goes out to Michelle, who has gone above and beyond my expectations when it comes to customer service. She's an asset in every single way. A+++

The location is hard to get in and out of due to the incline at the entrance. I actually had to have the moving truck towed because it got stuck in the road. Also my items have been in storage for 8 months and I've already received 2 rate increases.

The climate control was one of our biggest needs and they came through with a steady good environment. The real asset they have to offer is how nice the folks that work there are. Deceptive promotional practices!! I was recently in need of a storage unit and I found a good deal at this Public Storage facility. The advertised rate was right around $38 per month for a 10x12 unit. When I arrived to get the unit I was informed I was required to purchase insurance for the unit for an additional $12 per month. The $38 deal turned into $50 per month. I went ahead and moved all of my stuff into the unit. Just a few short months later I receive a sly little post card informing me they had done a price review and determined my price should go up by more that 20% but not to worry because I was still getting a deal. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE LOW MOVE IN PRICE BECAUSE THEY WILL QUICKLY INCREASE THAT ONCE YOU ARE ALL MOVED IN.

This is my first time needing to rent storage. I was unsure of everything from the amount of space I needed to what I needed to keep my valuables protected. Wayne was very knowledgeable about how much space I needed and what to do in the even I need more space in the future. We did a complete walk through in my storage room , the gate entrance and the Boxes. I bought a box set that includes tape and bubble wrap. I feel relieved knowing my things are not only protected from outsiders and insiders but also from tarnishing. I had a great experience and would defiantly recommend to others this location. I love good customer service I makes me feel like having my business matters.

My daughter attends college in Mobile and we are a military family traveling and moving often and I have a job where I am on the phone all day. He understood our limitations and the need of a unit. After dealing with Christy at Public Storage, I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else for my storage needs ever again! Storage units are something people really expect to only think about twice - once moving in, once moving out - but if you have an issue between those two events, you want to be able to deal with people who are courteous and friendly. Both Christy and Wayne (who both helped me out today) exemplified that. They (particularly Christy) have been friendly, helpful, accommodating, informative and professional.
