At this location, the property manager Mr. James is awesome. Because he was off the day I returned, I had to work with Crystal. She was GREAT. I had originally leased a unit that was not going to be a large enough space. She helped me to find another unit and took the time to show me multiple units which meant she had to walk all over that massive facility with me several times. She was very patient and kind. I am grateful that I am at this location. Mr. James and Crystal are wonderful people to have representing Public Storage.

Edit: Management read my review And communicated with me and I do appreciate that they listen to their customers. When I first rented my storage unit the price was very reasonable, and I have only been renting from them for about a year and a half. Unfortunately they have begun increasing the price with no explanation why. The last two increases were about 6 or 7 months apart and I'm not talking about by just a few dollars. It has been a significant increase. Are they increasing because they know people will probably just pay it instead of relocating all of their stuff? Im nervous about how soon the next increase will be and how much it will go up this next time. I do feel like the space is clean and safe, but things seem to be changing for the negative under the new management.

This storage was just purchased by Public Storage and I’ve had problems getting in and out of the unit ever since. Amy, however, has shown great customer service! She came to work early to make sure I could get in my unit. Please reward her!
Mr. James was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with me at the Crestwood location. He helped me access my space and assess if it was the correct size for my needs. The storage space is clean and temperature controlled and I recommend this storage space to anyone, particularly because the staff is so helpful.
