My experience wasn’t so great. I came in on a Saturday to rent a storage and that Monday I called to let the manager know I didn’t need it anymore. I asked for a refund for the $40 dollars I spent, since I hadn’t move into the storage and she gave me the number to the district manager. I found out from another location the number she gave me was incorrect. I called the correct number and left several messages and no one called me back. So then i called again and talk to a different manager at the same location I rented from and she said she would give me the refund back. I waited a week and then couldn’t get in touch with her so I called customer service. I talked to customer service and she took my complaint and said she would send it to the district manager. I have yet to hear from anyone. Even if they didn’t give out refunds someone should called me back.

Jaydell was awesome. She has great customer service and it's much appreciated. She assisted in helping me finding the unit I needed and she assisted in my reservation changes without complaint. The units need to be repaired every once in a while as some are worn down, but that's an owner's responsibility. You will need to do some type of spraying for spiders, but that's with almost any outside storage space. Everything else has been fine so far.

Jaydell is very friendly and extremely helpful! UPDATE: The facility has too much vegetation growing everywhere. This makes it difficult to access some of the units. The door to access indoor units needs attention as well as the door stoppers do not work. I had to find something to hold the door open while I was going in and out of the door.T This is a major inconvenience seeing as how I am pregnant. The facility has decreased in quality since my last time being a customer back in 2018... But ironically the prices have increased. Jaydell called me to explain and apologize to me after seeing my review and I had to stop her and advise that SHE was absolutely great. She was extremely accommodating as well as considerate. I think it sucks that her boss has her calling people to explain things that's NOT her fault. Not cool Public storage. Stop making the good ones do your dirty work! Give HER a raise and improve the facility!

There has been a broken window by my storage u it for over a YEAR! No telling what kind of animals or bugs have gotten into this building and I’m pretty sure when it rains that’s exactly where it is going! I’ve asked about this window numerous of times and all i am told is that they have had work orders put in a while. I’ve contacted a manager “which she never answers” left many messages and she doesn’t call back. They do not care about the up keep of the property. You will be better off going else where paying them same prices for a actual indoor climate control storage. I’m actually going to pay to have my things moved to another location because there is no telling the damage my things have received due to water and probably rodents!

This location is very poorly run. I have an inside space, and the door to access my unit has a non functional lock. I literally have to go to the other side of the building to get into the hall of my unit. I have reported this to the office, the district office and sent an email to the corporate office. On my last two visits the gate was malfunctioning. I had to park my car and walk through the security gate and use the outside key pad to get out of the property. I am moving to a different company on the first.

Today on short notice I called Public Storage to set up a rental to store a company vehicle. My goal was to be there early afternoon but due to some unforeseen circumstances was unable to get to the storage until almost closing time. The Public Storage representative Kelsie was fabulous! She went out of her way to stay longer and was so gracious throughout the entire experience. It is instances like these that have me coming back to P.S. again and again. Good customer service is hard to come by now a days but with people like Kelsie it gives you hope that there are still great people out there. I am very pleased with the overall customer service from Marcus Robinson at this location. Of he is unable to assist me He makes sure that the other employees are aware of how to assist me in his absence. He prides his store in safety for all customers and if here is something a customer needs that he can't provide he immediately contacts another store manager to get assistance.

This is the worst storage company!!! After their rats and mold messed up my stuff I removed what I could save from here the last day of the month. They checked the unit I guess two days later and still charged me another month.

I can't wait to get my belongings out of this place! I constantly have issues with these lazy people. I find it odd how every time I call up there the phone just keeps ringing... where is the property manager? They charge $10 to pay your bill over the phone which is unheard of. Also I was trying to avoid this fee by paying online yet they neglected to put my email in while doing my paperwork therefore I can't log in. Should've gotten my money back after I paid almost $200 to move in and THEIR lock was still on my unit a week after taking my money. Very unprofessional. I beg you to take your business elsewhere.

When I went inside bldg., 2 my unit I saw a Lady cleaning inside bldg, she introduced herself as Datondira Lewis and asked was there anything she could help me with. I thought this was Great that she introduced herself and asked could she help me with anything. I also liked that she was keeping the bldg., clean. She said if I ever needed anything let her know. I thought this was Great that she introduced herself and asked could she help me with anything and was cleaning the facility. This made me very Happy. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would for this Lady.

The attendant was professional and prompt. Explained everything clearly.

Great customer service, first day.

Terrible customer service, not helpful at all. 1. Our unit had ants coming in from the outside, walking all over our funiture, who knows where they're making their nest. The Manager offered to spray bug spray. Really? 2. It happened a couple of times that they did not "receive" my check for payment. Had proof that it was send to them. Did not even check or offered any help. They are very quick to tell you that late fees will be charged.

Jasmine is very awesome and knowledgable of her job she was VERY helpful...
