Ya know a lot of storage people make dealing with them so dry & impersonal. I mean customers are using the service & at least it doesn’t have to be such a formal ordeal. I had the pleasure of being helped by the manager of pebble creek Amanda Cantrell. She was extremely knowledgeable of the property and unit prices, size,and just gave us the best experience we could have had considering we were renting due to a sudden change in my field of work during covid 19. The stress of having lost our home because of income decreasing dealing with this young lady certainly helped relieve some of our stress knowing our belongings would be in good hands while we searched for a new home I would recommend Amanda Cantrell and the pebble creek location hands down. I have been using this location for several years now. The service provided at the Pebble Creek location could not be better! D"Andrea in particular is always courteous and very willing to help with whatever you might need. If this location is convenient, I recommend it. I recently needed some moving blankets for use here at home. This location didn't have any but D"Andrea helped me find the closest location that did have them.

I must say that I was truly impressed with the services offered with your storage units!! I have had to use storage units for many years due to being a military family traveling the world; however I must say this is one of the best experiences!! This was however my first experience with Public Storages. From the very beginning the young lady Gloria at your Arkadelphia location was very polite and courteous!! the first thing I noticed was her smile "I knew she had to like her job 😀nevertheless she took the time in the hot sun to walk with me to my unit, she showed me how to work the security code for the door entrance, once inside she showed me how to operate the lock and we discussed the exit security panel. I am new to the area and I was thankful that it was in a secured area. It was a clean building the grounds are well-kept The location was very secure and once we made it back to the office we went over my contract and she asked if I needed any supplies such as boxes, tape etc. however I didn't need any of those things. When I went in to rent my unit I had reserved it on the internet but I was given a choice that wasn't suitable to my needs. But when I got to the location I was offered the correct sized unit and all incidental items needed to keep my belongings clear of any problems.

I would rather pay double at a different location instead of dealing with this place. I have never seen such unprofessional ways and disrespectful people. One person threatened to auction my things off because the account was $5.00 negative that I wasn't aware of. They practically beg you to give them 5 star reviews, why do you think its only 20 reviews. If you have options please utilize your choices, dont go here. Take my word, I was a short term customer, as soon as i realized the attitudes and disrespect I moved my things immediately. I refuse to pay for bad customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! MOLD WAS GROWING ON MY THINGS AND THERE WERE BUGS IN MY UNIT AS WELL. i HAD TO CLEAN UP THE MESS THAT CAME FROM THE UNIT NEXT TO ME.I CANT WAIT TO MOVE MY THINGS. BRENDA IS VERY RUDE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE, THE ONLY REASON MY THINGS ENDED UP THERE WAS BECAUSE IT WAS THE ONLY STORAGE IN BIRMINGHAM WITH THE AVAILABLE UNIT SIZE I NEEDED. I had reserved a storage unit at another public storage and it was not big enough. I was then sent to this public storage and the property manager Ms. Brenda Hamilton was really nice. She waited for me to come from the first public storage and she showed me a bigger unit. She talked me through all of it and made sure it was exactly what I needed. I would recommend this public storage to anyone.Thanks again Ms. Brenda for all the help and patience.

Ms. Brenda Hamilton is GREAT! She is wonderfully efficient and pleasant to deal with. I believe her when she says that she watches over the things stored with her as if they were her own. I've stored my boat here for a couple of years, and I just added an enclosed unit. (Ms. Brenda called me to explain that the $1.00 first-month-rent offer didn't apply for me to add a second unit; that was a little disappointing, but it's well worth paying full price for her excellent management of the place.) Highly recommended.

Kennel did a good job checking with me to make sure I was still arriving on the expected date and even called let me know she was going to lunch! Awesome customer service!!

Mrs. Brenda is a very loving and down to earth person I fail in love with her the first day I met her the day that I went in her office the storage area they reserved for me wasn't going to be big enough for my things and I was really having a bad day Mrs. Brenda sense right away that I was having a bad day she stepped right in and said everything was going to be okay not only did she find me a bigger storage area for my things she made me have a brighter day Mrs. Brenda offered me things that I have forgotten all about like did I need boxes, a lock, tape etc. she was on her job she explain all the policies and procedures of the company what I needed for each month and the property was very clean Mrs. Brenda was on her job and I would just like to say job well done and that I would use Public Storage again and I would refer my friends and family to Mrs. Brenda

I just wanted to express my "thanks" to Brenda Hamilton, the Property Manager. I moved in a couple months, ago and was given excellent customer service and was able to rent the perfect unit for my storage needs.
