I'm really sorry, but I haven't been anywhere near this place in years now! However, I would like to add that I once rented a storage unit there some odd years ago. I had no complaints or suggestions nor any immediate or direct requests at this time BC everything was well. I recommend this place of business to the public. The people who work there are very respectful and polite. Give it a try if you will.

I rented the unit for a few months for school and the whole process from moving in, to paying my bill, to moving out was so easy. Rachel helped walk me through doing the contactless rental and the app makes everything so convenient. Never had to stop by the office for anything because everything was available in the app. The property was so clean as well. I always see Rachel cleaning up and making sure everything looks great. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone who asks.
They suck limited time 7-9???? Not lately could get in there for 3 days got run off at 6 in evening trying to get my stuff out and work to found place and can not get my stuff now it the end of month they want there money

This place is a joke they are high on their prices and they go up every 6 months do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to store your stuff
My experience was exceptional. Dene was amazing! She was very friendly and professional. I have been bidding on storage units for about a year now and she was one of the nicest clerks I have encountered. My only suggestion, for Public Storage, would be to give a gate code to allow for a bit more flexibility in the pick up process. Many of the facilities that I have been to do that and it is very helpful.

The location is secure and the buildings are in good condition. One of the clerks, April, was very kind and helpful. I also recommend this place because it's somewhat hidden. Unless you looked it up to specifically go there you could live in the area your whole life and never pass it. Kinda bad for advertising but great for security.

The worst place ever.. I wouldn't recommend my dog And i don't own one.. yes the front lady is nice when she wants you to give a review other than that bad business.. they don't give you a full month to store your things and the insurance isn't worth a damn.. don't lose your keys they will tell you that you would have to buy more from them or pay them for a locksmith! B's if you can get inside to auction it off you can get in to unlock it for the person renting it.. I hate this place..I wouldn't recommend anyone..my opinion

Awesome place for storage. Kathie was excellent and helped us getting everything set up. It's been a week already and I hadn't a single problem. I would definitely recommend to any and everyone! Update: They ask you to leave them a good review while getting your unit. Pfft. I had moved out of town and was hundreds of miles away in the hospital when they mistakenly took an extra $500 out of my account and told me they couldn't fix it. I went through hell only to lose my things in that room. It's impossible to get someone to help you because no matter which one you call it directs you to the one you have a unit at or the local one. Idk. Never trust public storage.

We had to have two storage units when we moved to Alexandria, and the price was right! The customer service is incredible - when I accidentally didn't close my lock after one visit, Kathie called me and let me know and placed one of their locks on it until I was able to get there. It doesn't get better than that!

The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. We had a problem with a leak which they did fix but not before we had damage. We have the insurance but not sure the extent of damage yet. We've had problems with the code to the gate deactivating a few times but the staff on duty is quick to fix it so we can get in. Pricing has gone up a few times. Overall not horrible. I'll continue using them. Update3.15.2016 the pricing has gone up yet again. WE have been using nearly three years now. We started at $87 plus insurance and are now paying $119 per MONTH!! Nothing has changed with the service. There is no extra hours for access. Just increased costs.

I took a quick glance at the property, and I can tell that it is well kept by the managers. I personally have never had problems out of this place. I had used them once before and liked them enough to recommend it to my sister when we were looking for a place to use together. Upon signing up, they did not care to mention the MANDATORY insurance fee that is due the day we pay for the actual unit. Now, I'm fine with just a single phone call as a reminder to pay, but my sister informed me that they have called her multiple times to let her know the bill was due before it was actually due! Then when I go over there, I'm told I need to fill out this review with 5 stars because it helps with the raises, And being a customer I should not have to hear anything concerning their pay rate.
