Truly, this schoolteacher of MANY years would have given her An A+ for going way over the call of duty and thinking outside the box to simplify at every turn! On top of that she speaks beautifully- her articulation and enunciation is to perfection not to forget her KIND delivery style! What a Wonderful person you have representing your company - each time I speak to her I feel as though I’ve been touched by an ANGEL that’s just anxious to HELP! She’s simply the BEST and a KEEPER , indeed! Update as of 3/23/26 — ALBA continues to offer TOP SHELF Service in a BIG Way as well as in an EXPEDITIOUS fashion! She was asked to help and without hesitation had the problem corrected in well under an hour. She remains my “angel” from far away and confirms that there really are KIND and CARING people in this world. It’s been over a year since I needed her help so to find out she was still at my location was a HUGE relief. Btw.. MICHAEL gave assistance per her request and gave me an update which was truly appreciated. His speaking voice would have gotten him an A+ in my English class! Really impressed with the service at this location. I stopped by the other day, looking for a storage unit, and was helped by Ratana. She was very nice, positive energy, and informative. I was able to find a storage unit that fit my needs within my budget. The location is clean, organized, and looks brand new. The staff is really nice and helpful. They have a check out system for the carts, and I think it's genius. There are always carts available (whenever I stopped by), and ran into no issues whatsoever. Really happy I decided to move forward with this storage location and unit.

Gotta be one of the easiest to use and access Public Storage sites in LA county. Staff are always friendly and accommodating, I went in on a Saturday afternoon, around 1:30pm and asked for a trolley (readily available ✅) and the nice girl behind the counter, I believe her name was Serenity, helped me out and asked if I knew my way around the site. I assured her I did and she let me know the team was available for any questions or concerns. 10/10 stars
My daughter just moved out of this location, due to pricing. Daesey has been wonderful at every encounter. But Serenity is the polar opposite. She can't be bothered to look up from her phone. Not at all what I'd expect from a Public Storage employee.

I’ve never had such a smooth and stress-free experience with a storage facility until I worked with Jon and the staff at this Public Storage location. From the moment I walked in, they made my wife and I feel welcomed, informed, and completely taken care of.
Jon went above and beyond — answering every question with patience, offering helpful suggestions I hadn’t even thought of, and making sure I understood all my options clearly. The entire staff reflects his professionalism. They’re friendly, proactive, and genuinely care about customers having a great experience.
The property is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it’s the people here who make the biggest difference. It’s rare to see this level of customer service anywhere nowadays. If you want a location where you’re treated like more than just a unit number, ask for Jon- he’s exceptional. Highly recommend!

Today I rented a small 5 x 4 storage space. I made the reservation online and it was very easy. It didn’t even ask me for a credit card. Once I got to the building, Michael checked me in and explained the whole process. He made it very easy to understand and pleasant. I got the one dollar for the first month Special and then $25 per month after. He explained clearly how to find my storage unit and where the ladder would be that I could use. This process was very simple. You are allowed to bring your own lock, so I highly suggest doing that if you already have one. If not, they can put one inside your locker for you. Something really helpful to know is that they offer insurance but you can also get your own. Alba was also very helpful when I was finished. Both of these employees were nice and represented the company very well. I highly recommend this location.
Also, the 5 x 4 storage space I rented was above another larger unit. So I had to use a ladder to get to it. It was very easy and safe. The ladder is lock in place so make sure you do that before climbing on it.
Over the years, I’ve had to use various storage facilities, but this particular Public Storage location is just the best, especially when it comes to customer service. I had a question today about billing and Alva in the office could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I wouldn’t want to store my things anywhere else.

Micheal helped me walk to 3 different size units in 2 different buildings. He took the time to explain everything I would need to know about renting my first time unit. He took into consideration my concern for safety and showed me the closes exits and cameras. He even went above and beyond to find a 1st level unit in building C which is a busy place. Michael is a steller employee and takes the care of your renters. 5 stars for him.

Just rented two units today. My first time, so asked a lot of questions over the last week. Daisy and Alba were incredibly patient with me and such a help. The facility is airconditioned, very clean, and seemed very secure. I'm a fan.

Hi-- love Katie, Luke and Theo at this specific Public Storage. Very friendly, very helpful and as always the building was impeccably clean, always air-conditioned and very easy to get in and out of the building with the app.
I made a reservation on the Internet and was not sure if I would like the unit, so I called for some more information and Michael F was extremely helpful. When I got to the location, he walked me to the unit and showed me around the space, he was very helpful. He took the time to help me find the best unit for my needs, and walked me through all the details to make sure I was happy with everything. Theo was also really cool and came in to help with the assist. These guys work very well together and were both super helpful. I’m glad they were the two people helping me, it made me feel comfortable and confident that I got the best deal and more importantly that I got exactly what I needed. 10/10 would recommend.

Been getting a great deal on a climate-controlled 10x10 since July. Then around a week ago I got an email notification about a rate increase, up by $37. I'm currently on Unemployment, so my budget is very limited, and this increase makes a big dent on my wallet. So today I checked-in the front office and Liz was gracious enough to extend the deal I got back in July, for another 3 months! She did it in no time flat, and all I did was just mention the rate increase. Thanks again Liz for your top-notch customer service! 👍😇

I needed a storage unit for a few months to help with my move-out process, and Jon, Theo, Luke, and Alba were very helpful in making sure I felt comfortable with how to access my storage locker, had access to the moving carts, and answered any questions I had in the process. They walk the property frequently to make sure everything is in order, and I was not worried about my property while it was locked there. Thank you!

I’m 67 years old and they had to transfer me to two different units because I wasn’t able to move my own stuff and they did so with kindness and grace and holiday spirit. Met with Liz today. She was very helpful in helping me complete my rental agreement. The facility was very well kept and the climate control was working well on a 90+ degree day. I have no experience yet using the facility but will update if any issues arise. I have minimum standards for the facilities I rent from. If they raise the rental rate in the first 12 months I will update with a warning about bait and switch marketing advising you to choose somewhere else. But if their policies are as ethical, as their staff are helpful, that should not be an issue. In todays world ethics matter more than ever, so I only support businesses which understand that.

I was very upset that my unit was one that was rained upon water coming through the outer walls due to the wrong paint applied when building the newer building.
I was frustrated over other issues not something that they have control over.

This public storage is one of the cleanest ones I've been to and I've rented from quite a few. The prices are reasonable compared to other self storage facilities in the area. And all entry to every gate, door and elevator are all done on your phone so there's no crazy long code that you have to memorize. The staff is extremely friendly especially Liz. She was quick but super efficient and really sweet. I highly recommend this place.

From my experience, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the facility is both clean and secure. My main and so far only complaint is that the hours are not ideal - they open in the late morning and close in the late afternoon/early evening. It's impossible to swing by before or after work, and it's rather inconvenient. But the unit is close to my area and therefor the best choice for me personally.

Rented two units and was having some issues with locations..Liz guided me through the units and helped me find the most convenient one that was available.. Which was above and beyond what a customer could have asked for. I also had a problem finding carts here 1st day and Liz literally went to all the buildings to find one which was very kind! -please get more carts it always seems like there are none.
-also it would be more convenient if the access hours were extended like 6/7am to 7/8pm. U-Haul truck pick ups are usually at 4pm the earliest so I lose one day cause you guys close early. I can't start early next morning or finish late. It's really annoying tbh.
-the access system is high tech but it also becomes annoying, it's much easier to remember the code, and enter manually..
-building is nice, kept clean, secure, and lots of parking for big U-Hauls and small trucks
-got a great deal online!

Great location,every building has a restroom and the carts are easy access. Met with Rosio and she was able to show us several units. We managed to take advantage of the 1 dollar special and we were in!!! Great facility overall
I have never had to get a storage unit before but my house flooded so I had to move out to repair my house. The first time I went to open the lock myself I really had a tough time and thought it was just the nerve issues with my hands making it hard for me to maneuver the lock. So when I had to go my second time, I stopped in to the office to get a print out of my bills for my insurance claim, which Jazmine was kind enough to do for me, I asked her if she could help me with opening the lock. She met me at my locker right away and when she tried to open the lock she had a tough time too and assured me it wasn’t me that the lock was tough. She then contacted Tony who was in the middle of a contract but she told him I was there with my 4 year old and couldn’t open the lock so they switched and Tony headed over to help me while Jazmine went to take over for Tony. Tony discovered that there was indeed something wrong with the lock. He and Jazmine worked so well together to get me a new lock and make sure that I was able to lock it myself. They both went above and beyond to help me and I am so happy that I decided to rent a unit from this location because of their customer service. I really hope that they are recognized for how great they are at their jobs and how friendly and helpful they are! Thanks for everything!

Jovan and Aileen were helpful and made the initial moving process as hassle free as possible. The first 2 locations for Public storage totally bombed, this was a relief as the hot sun in the Valley begins to cool off. The location is 2 blocks away from the Orange line and this location seems to be on the new side.

I need to rent a storage space in about two weeks so I stopped by the facility on Oxnard I was greeted by Hilda but also helped by Jasmine Kevin Anthony and Ed Andrew they were all very polite and helpful the facility is clean and well Kipp I will definitely rent by 10 x 15 storage space here in about a week
Unfortunately, I had an attempted break in, on my unit, two times! It was extremely shocking and a bit frightening. It’s the first time anything of that nature had happened to me (and I hope the last). Although this occurred, at a different Public Storage location, the District Manager from this particular location (Oxanard) was on hand. She was extremely helpful in creating a resolution for me! She went that extra mile to help secure my unit and to help rebuild my confidence; in the maintenance of a safe premises. I am truly grateful to her! She represents the best part of Public Storage, at Oxanard and the other facilities, under her jurisdiction. 5 Star Service!
