Alex made the whole process of getting a storage unit quick and stress-free. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through everything step by step. The facility is well-kept and secure, but it’s really Alex’s customer service that makes this location great.
Today I got a space at this location of public storage. The entire experience was smooth from beginning to end. Alex helped me sign up and was beyond helpful with the process. He explained everything step by step and also provided great information about future changes with pricing, allowing me to be aware of it and not feel surprised by any changes. The facility was clean, well equipped and presentable. I must say, quite impressed.

From customer service, to in person, and online. It all is very disappointing. I tried to finish a reservation online. All I got was locked out of my account. Finally logged back in and there is no option to finish my reservation so I had to go in person. That was even worse no one is ever in the office. I waited about an hour nothing. So I decided to call and see if I could finish it through the phone wasn’t allowed to either got transferred to their office number but like expected no answer since there is no one in the office. Someone mentioned they are usually walking the property makes sense but maybe hire two to three people so they can help customers you know jst throwing out crazy ideas since they say on their voicemail “customers are important to them”.

I went a couple of days ago because I didn't know how some customer's open the gate without getting out of the car.
I went to the office and the young lady there Glendi help us install the app on our phones (my dad's and myself) she explain the benefits of the app and took us outside to show us how to open the gate very convenient feature thank you for your help Glendi.

The WORST customer service. Unfortunately, this facility has been giving me the run around.
Made arrangements to have access at 7pm and even called the main line prior so that I can take time off work to make it at that time. When I tried to access with passcode., it did not give me access!
I have been calling since last night with no avail. The outgoing VM says that a manager will make contact, but nothing. Furthermore, the number they provide on their system for after hour access, is a WRONG number. The person who owns the number, contacted me to let me know they receive calls “all the time from public storage customers”! This is an outrage considering the monthly amounts that keep going up every year! I will be contacting Better Business Bureau as my next course of action.

Property is drive up so make it even easier to unload and super clean units. Highly recommend location ask for Vicky she’s awesome and super friendly. Also , speaks Spanish!
