We are pleased to share that today, Public Storage closed on the acquisition of 152 self-storage properties from Simply Self Storage, one of our competitors. The portfolio includes 127 wholly-owned properties and 9 million net rentable square feet, as well as 25 properties integrated into our PS Advantage® third-party management platform. This acquisition marks one of the largest expansions for the company, growing to 6,000 team members in more than 3,000 locations.

Since 2019, the company has grown its portfolio by 33% through acquisitions, development and redevelopment.
