And when folks want to make a little extra cash with a sweepstakes, we offer three easy ways to win!

There are the AutoPay and Online Bill Pay sweepstakes, celebrating the easiest ways to take care of a monthly payment! Plus there’s a third monthly contest for customers who complete an online survey about their experience renting with Public Storage. You don’t have to be a Public Storage customer to enter, so there’s no excuse not to try!

“I think the customer survey is a great way to give management feedback, and I’m glad I did it,”; said Rakesh Agrawal, who won the Customer Survey Sweepstakes in September. “It was a nice surprise to have won it.”;

The Survey Sweepstakes

Customers receive survey emails throughout their stay with us, including after moving into their storage unit, just as Agrawal did when he chose his local Public Storage when he moved to follow a job. After filling out the online survey, customers are invited via a prompt to enter into the sweepstakes for a chance to win $500 cash.

Rather apply winnings to your Public Storage account? We also offer winners the option of an extra $99 if they choose to take their winnings as a credit towards their monthly bills, for a total of $599 account credit.

The Bill Pay Sweepstakes

The Public Storage Bill Pay Sweepstakes offers a $500 prize or $599 Public Storage account credit. When customers pay their monthly bill online with a debit card or checking account, they’re automatically entered into win.

Jose Ortiz of Massachusetts, who won the $500 cash prize in July after moving into Public Storage while apartment hunting, wasn’t expecting to win but was grateful he did.

“I was able to pay back my sister for the loan she gave me for the down payment on my new apartment, and I was able to pay some other bills,”; Ortiz said. “Thank god, it came in handy. It was a true blessing.”;

The AutoPay Sweepstakes

An even simpler way to make a Public Storage payment online is by opting for AutoPay. Set it up via an online debit or checking account and forget worrying about missing a storage bill, as long as the payment information remains the same. Customers who have used AutoPay as a Public Storage payment method for three months in a row are automatically entered to win $1,000 cash or $1,100 account credit, whichever they choose!

Travis Tims, who chose an affordable climate-controlled unit during his Oregon move, was the lucky AutoPay winner in July.

“I honestly start AutoPay on everything, because it makes my life easier,”; he said. “We couldn’t believe we won. We just moved, so the cash helped us with moving costs.”;
