Getting rid of clutter to sell our home. Public Storage makes it easy to rent online but I like to see what I am getting in person. I drove to this location and was greeted by Ian. I asked if I could see some of the units and he was more than willing to show me around. It’s nice to see customer service still exists at some places.

My experience was there to be on point and understanding there were several hiccups but when I got there today Miss Susan closed me out very efficiently also I watched her help another customer (lady) correct a few hiccups on her app which makes her very outstanding because she was already past her hours for working she stayed late and her customer service was great very cordial very accurate and made sure you understood their policy 😉 that is what we call GREAT PUBLIC RELATIONS 👍🏿😊GRAND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY REFER ALL THAT I KNOW AND ARE LOOKING FOR A STORAGE TO GO THERE WHILE MISS SUSAN IS THERE! 👍🏿

I received & witnessed outstanding Customer Service from Ian! He was very patient with me after Public Storage took over from the previous management company. Strangely, when they took over, they did not carry over the auto-pay information. Ian helped me work through that, and bring my account up to date.

No on-site manager and kiosk service is ridiculous. Terrible service all around. Disorganized processes. Zero interest in customer retention. We’ve been customers 5+ years in large unit. We’ve been trying for two months to downsize. We arrive with a truck full of stuff, after making online reservations and are told the manager doesn’t have units ready, a month later we were then transferred to a unit, paid transfer fee, get to the unit and it was locked, then told only thing they can do is transfer to another unit, we have to pay another fee and wait for a manager to come in a few days and vacate the unit then they will refund us. We’ve spoke to at least 10 people trying to get help and no one wants to or can help. It just feels like they don’t want to lose the larger unit income so they keep sending us away hoping we keep it another month. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! Do not use this place! Would give zero stars if possible. Would give zero stars if possible!
