I am so happy about deciding on public storage. Well, particularly this one here in Carrollton on Keller Springs. It’s really close to where I’m gonna be moving so I’ll have access to my things if needed.
I wasn’t quite able to visualize the size of the storage unit so I decided to come in in hopes that I could do a tour. The property manager, Jason happily took me to see two different units. I realized just how necessary that was because I had a 5 x 10 reserved And that would’ve never served me well for how much furniture I have. So I decided to go bigger. He gave me a complete itemized breakdown of my expenses with both plans so I can think on it. But he held a unit to secure. It’s better to stay ready since I have to get ready! Lol
The prices are really really good. Last year I was paying about $100 more for the same size unit at another place. This is truly a godsend.

I had been with this public storage for over two years, the entire time Jason the manager of this property has been incredibly kind and helpful to me. He went out of his way to go out and confirm that my large unit was cleared out by the company I hired properly to help me feel better and secure knowing I wouldn’t be charged another month’s rent.
On 4/27/24 Jason walked me thru the process by phone on my reservation. He explained the entire process from monthly fees including insurance and gate code and was professional and patient till all was complete. He represents Public Storage at its highest. Definitely feel good about doing business with this location due to Jason. Thank you Jason!
UPDATE: Public Storage notified me that they went up $48.00 on my unit. Looking at other Storage facilities and seeing better options for larger units.
The 5 star review is strictly for Jason the manager. I have rented at this facility for 12 years. Jason has always been professional, kind, patient, personable and very knowledgeable. He goes the EXTRA mile! His customer service skills are spot on even with individuals in various scenarios. I wish he would come to work at my property management company.

I went with a friend of mine. They're clean and well maintained. There's 24 hr access and plenty of lighting so you don't have to worry about someone lurking around the corner. I liked that the public restrooms are accessible even after the office is closed. They would have received 5 stars but a couple of employees there weren't very customer friendly. I worked retail many years and what I saw was far from good customer service. But like I said I was just an observer it's my friends storage facility not mine.
