She's very kind of caring empathetic and patient since we were having a hard time deciding whether my boyfriend and I wanted to combine our two storages or not. Specially since I started moving into one and ended up having to move it all to another. I will suggest her to everybody I know for all there storage needs

I wanted to rent a space at this location, when I first attempted rent it on line there were some computer glitches. I drove over the rental office where Jennifer was able to help me. She also at first was having software problems but since I had time I told that I would be back later. She worked thru issues and was able to get me the at price that was advertised on line. Worse place ever I lost over 10k worth of stuff in a fire that occurred about 2 years ago. The general manager was not helpful and all and had a bad attitude. I'm still devastated over the lost of my things. They did not even informed me of the fire. I showed up in my rented truck to pick up my things and there was nothing to pick up everything I had was destroyed. No help at all.

Dolly stolen? Placed the reservation online and the unit I was give was on the 1st floor. There was no dolly to carry the stuff and the office said all the dolly were stolen. Only option I was given is to carry by hand or bring your dolly. Wasted my money as the fee was non refundable and my time. Looking for another rental and very disappointed

It's Public Storage. The benchmark in the storage business. This facility is beginning to age a bit. Good management though. They always give reminder calls when I'm late and they always try to get my rent lowered as much as possible. I'm moving out after being there 9 years. Haven't been disappointed.

Good morning I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. I always like to start my review thanking God for another day. Moving right along I'm up here at the public storage in Carrollton. I do this because I want others to know my experiences. Well I have a storage that I really not satisfied with it at the time I had to get a storage really quick but we thought that the unit would be big enough but it wasn't. But I went ahead and did the best that I could do at that time so I did leave behind a lot of beautiful furniture and other things that I couldn't take it. But I know deep down that I can replace everything that I lost. I start thinking about what my cousin told me when she got her storage in the past. So what I did is I got on the telephone and call myself I was talking to a a very time young lady over the phone very good customer skills. At the time I was really listening to her and also writing down what she was saying about the unit I did forget about it my unit was the size but I should have checked it out at that time but I didn't. Hopefully someone will read what I am leaving my experiences. I guess I can say this to others is good to shop around that is very important. What I am truly saying that I am very satisfied with her I tried to make it yesterday before they close but I didn't it was like 3 minutes but Patiently I waited till the next day which is Saturday they open at 9:30 a.m. it worked out very good for me when she show me the unit oh I was very amazed. And very satisfied with it and very very happy about the price. That's why I was saying is good to shop around. So I feel like I can tell you this whenever you are looking for a storage please give them a try and see what you think about them but I know you will be very satisfied. It was worth the wait and I do appreciate her for being so kind and being making sure my experience was satisfaction. And also my unit was more than I expected I am so pleased to be a customer at Public Storage thank you so much for having awesome people working for your company. Before I go to the next I want like to thank her for satisfied me and my husband. If anyone that I know that needs a storage I will definitely tell them where they can't go and be very satisfied God bless everyone and be safe at all times :-)

I called pertaining to the keypad that's closer to my unit that is not working. Misting was very helpful, she suggested to enter another door. In the meantime she actually called her DM about the keypad. Misti went above trying to help me out. I told her I did not feel comfortable going in another door seeing as my unit is near the other door. She assured me, I am safe and to make sure the lights or on. I have been a renting customer at the Trinity Mills location since Sept 2019. The site manager is not very friendly or consistent when it comes to codes locking because of late payments. One month you can access your unit two weeks in and the other is exactly on the 7th. I am already paying a late free, but to not budge one day after the code locks is crazy when you're not consistent on the days. Either stick to the standard or remain lenient. She is simply just rude.

Called because websites was down and couldn’t make a payment, spoke to misty and she has been the best person Ive dealt with in that office since I’ve been a customer from 2017.......She explained and took the time to review my account and I truly appreciate the care and concern you have! Thanks again Misty!!!

The Staff @this location is awesome. -Ms. Missy helped me today w/my frustration from the call center rep Rachel, whom yesterday must have celebrated the new yr hard or just lacks CSR skill set. The call center rep kept trying to tell me what she couldn't do b4 even probing me. Really? But Ms. Missy is a smooth professional, who handles her job with ease & knowledge. Due to her skill set, I was able to navigate the web, update my profile & not miss my due date. And she's genuinely nice. This place is pretty secure. I got a storage unit for 6 months for my daughter to store her things that wouldn't fit in her apartment. We just paid for a few more months. It's reasonably priced too.

Update: When I first rented a unit October of 2018 the floating on-site manager Ed neglected to inform me that the second door to my storage should be secured with my own personal lock. I spoke with the main on-site manager Ashley and she apologized. I still had to purchase my own lock to secure the second door. That was the first incident. Second incident was the screw that is welded to secure where the latch connects was not connected to the metal which allowed for the screw to be removed by hand and gain access. I told the property manager and she moved me to a different unit. Third offense is when my belongings had bugs and her response was, "If someone rents a unit with them it's nothing they can do." The site manager is negligent and only cares about standing in the door of the outside bathroom to smoke cigarettes. The property manager and general manager aren't helpful at all. Upgrade the property and the staff. If I could give a negative star I would. Don't deserve 1 star. Addition: I have pictures and videos.

Dont go here... no dolly for a month and the folks there had no hesitation in saying that someone stole it. Horrible horrible place.

Rick was super nice and helpful. Nice facility, very clean, good lighting. We needed a climate controlled unit and this particular location didn't have any but service was great.

A month ago I would have given this location a 4 star just from how great the staff was even though nothing gets fixed until you harrangue for a while and it isnt climate controlled so some of your things might melt. I've had my unit for a few years now. In that time there has always been a horrible smell at the entrance of the building by the elevator. The elevator used to freeze up and do this jump shake but they finally fixed it recently. Last month I realized a new unit of the same size was half price so I signed for a new one and started to relocate to the new one at this location. We were robbed within two weeks even though you need a gate code and a door code to enter the building. DO NOT RENT THE UNITS NEAREST THE ELEVATOR. Seems they are easy pickings. They cut the latch to the door not the lock. So it doesnt even matter if you buy one of those impenetrable locks. The staff notified me but couldnt help me with any of the issues that snowballed from the break in. The latch needed replacing. I needed info on the security for the building and how to make an insurance claim plus i definitely wasnt keeping a unit they couldnt keep secured from breakins. The district manager couldnt be bothered to call me even though I made it clear I was demanding they speak to me before I paid my next months rent. Two weeks later still no contact. All of my adult life I've used Public Storage in some capacity from closet size to a car to the room size I have now. I trusted in this location because I've been a PS customer for twenty years. This is literally the worst I've ever been treated. Go the extra distance to another location or find another brand. Make sure you check it out in summer as well... Thats the true test to how your stuff will be stored.

Yesterday I had to find a storage unit in a hurry. The lady who works there, Kristy, saw how upset I was and instead of handling things as "business as usual" she stopped and showed not only kindness but also compassion for my situation. She than helped me decide what I needed since I am spacially challenged. The paperwork was handled with ease which I needed. Later that same day, when packing the remainder of what needed storing, I discovered I needed a climate controlled unit. When I had to return that same day to cancel my account to move to a climate controlled facility, she handled the paperwork and account again with ease and efficiancy. I and my sister continue to use this specific location not only for the price and location, but the quality of the people who work here. I would give this place 10 stars for the help Kristy provided me and the quality of character she displayed in my hour of crisis.

I rented a 10 X 20 storage unit from this place in October 18 2017. When I returned to move out of the premises on the 2nd of April 2 2018, the price for the unit had risen from $130 to $150. I was prorated for the days in October upon entering the agreement for storage, which was somewhat complicated with the first month free promotion. The attendant attempted to upsell locks, insurance and boxes to me so be prepared! Also, if you move out on the 1st day of the month, you are responsible for the entire month of rent and insurance. they don't explain that important component when you're moving in. I also asked about storage of a car for a short period and they said that they didn't have space. However, every time I pass by the establishment, there are several available. Be leery of this place. They have moving prices and covert policies will make you wish you had done your homework a little more thoroughly.

Great customer service

In the 3 months I needed the unit, I was able to speak with Stephanie several times. She is always pleasant and brightened my day. She was helpful and went out of her way to make us feel like she cared. We need more Stephanie's out there in this world.

Very disappointed that the price rate went up 30.00. A rate increase of 30.00 for upkeep.... I can see a 5.00 increase but 30.00? Upkeep? What is our current rent cover?

Brandi was the manager that has assisted me in making my business there less inconvenient as possible. She is outstanding person and went over and beyond to make sure that any difficulties I was having were taken care of. Moving from place to place is never easy .With the time frame that I had ( a small window), it was very limited. I found a storage and reserved it. but the best thing is that they truly evaluate what you need to make sure you get the most for your money ! I saved 50% and still got a bigger unit. !! This makes leaving my items there without worry .

My overall experience was great! Chiante has great customer service. My only problem is the charge for the 20.00 lock I knew nothing abt! That's a little much!

Chiante, brandy, and Bill are a awesome team they helped me with all my questions. And with finding a Storage that fit my needs. I even left my ID and keys the day I moved my stuff in and they didn't even waist a minute to contact me.

I reserved my unit online and needed access a day in advance of my initial move-in date. Bill made the process very quick. What was more important is that I purchased a lock today (I knew I had my old public storage lock somewhere) and after some shuffling around my trunk I found the lock and Bill refunded me! Kudos to this guy; he was awesome!

Overall great customer service! Brandi was very helpful when I spoke to her over the phone while trying to figure out what was available on short notice. Chiante helped me to check into my unit and was very friendly and accommodating and informed me of what my options were to be able to fit all of my furniture. There were also great deals on boxes. Easy and well informed check-in!

Brandi is a very nice and courteous employee who has gone above and beyond her duties, to help me out. Public storage should feel proud to have her with the Company!

Came here after reading the good reviews and was glad I did. The manager, Brandi, was friendly and helpful. She showed me the unit I will be getting and answered all my questions. Her personality made the whole experience a pleasant one.The place is clean, spacious and feels secure. You have to key in a code to enter or leave the premises. The only thing is I wish I could use my own padlock and not have to buy their special lock, but the $1 first month promotion is a fantastic deal and is saving me money. The whole process took about 15-20 minutes and I am happy with my choice.

Rented a unit from Brandi Not Public Storage, that’s right Brandi. A temporary storage space is just space and in Carrollton I have a lot of options to select from. Brandi was very helpful and answered all my questions. Brandi showed me several units till I found the one just right for my needs. She explain the process and fees to my satisfaction. Why I rented the space from Brandi, she provided ideas and examples on how to use the space. Highly recommend renting from Brandi.

This was the first time I had to use a storage unit and I would use this location again if I had to store anything in the future! Brandi was great she really helped me out!
