I've been using Public Storage for several years and recently switched locations to the new facility that's closer to home. I had to stop by the facility today and the gentleman behind the service counter, Ed, was very pleasant. He took care of the matter I asked about in a few minutes. I'm typing this review in my car because everything finished so quickly. I recommend this location if you are searching for storage facilities in the area. The rates are very reasonable and the building is clean and well-maintained. All of the team here are friendly, professional and offer assistance in a prompt manner.

What a piece of crap company and property manager. I’ve tried several times to visit the site for a tour and nobody work there. All of their numbers either send you to the general customer service or are out of service. The own corporation said they cannot connect with the property owner. On top of all that, I cannot log into my account which has my reservation. I’ve reset the password several times, have confirmation emails saying my account is active and have troubleshooted twice with customer service to no avail. They have most definitely lost my business.

My cousin and I just rented a storage unit and the man that helped us, Cliff Was amazing. Not only did he keep us laughing the entire time he gave us the first month for a dollar. How do you say no to that kinda deal. I was in and out it was super easy and he had the best sense of humor. I highly rate this place. Also the prices were extremely reasonable.
