Don’t use this company… rent is not like renting an apt. They randomly jacked my rates up by $47 after 5 months.

Editing July 2025, I repeat DO NOT rent from public storage! It’s been another 6 months and they have raised the price another $50!!! So basically your rate increases by 25% or more every 6 months. Rent elsewhere! And make sure you ask for fixed rates! They also only give you 30 days notice of when it will be increased.
Very clean and well maintained facility. Nice, spacious units. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I cant say enough about this location. A huge positive experience, we will definitely being doing more business here. Other places could use this location as a model to strive for.

Tracy, the property manager, was great. She went above and beyond to help me get set up with a unit. The outsourced person on the phone was a mess(gave wrong info). Tracy knew everything , cleaned up that mess and got me going.
She explained things well, was very gracious and welcoming. This 5 star review would be more if it could go higher.

Great staff on site. My reservation was over the phone, but with customer sales/corporate. Made several follow up calls and learned something new each time about a hidden fee or a limited promotion. After eventually having to make a new reservation at a different location which was ultimately not available either, I ended up back at my preferred location with the price I was promised.
It was thanks to staff on site. They told me truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Their names are Rodney from the Voorhees location and Theodosia from the Erial Rd location.

Absolutely the WORST storage facility I have ever used. Ceiling in the unit was coming down and ruined my belongings. No lights where my storage unit was located. Moved out on the first of this month and was charged rent for the full month. Will NEVER rent from any public storage facility again. Oh yeah and they raise your rent after 3 months with no notification or notice or reason. Non caring management. Or should I say Non existent management since this is an " unmanned" location. Worst experience renting a storage unit ever

I've been in this unit for over 6 years now. The management staff (especially Sherri) has been nothing but good to me. They are very helpful in any situation I may have and continue to keep the property up it top shape. My things have always been safe and secure in my unit. I would not want my belongings in any other storage facility. Hince is why I'm still here.

I had the storage unit for almost 5 years and threw away mostly everything in there. Since it was covered in mold. There were dead squirrels and mice housing and droppings everywhere. It’s a shame that I paid all that money for everything to be destroyed 😳
