THEY ARE TERRIBLE THEY SUCK MY HUSBANDS AIR COMPRESSOR WAS STOLEN AND SMALL INDUSTRIAL FAN BOX OF NAILS FOR AIR GUN AND A BUCKET OF VARIETY SIZE SCREWS .ALSO MY BED WAS ALMOST STOLEN AND I EVEN CALLED THE POLICE AND MADE A REPORT AND HAD INSURANCE ON MY STUFF AND GOOD THING I DID NOT HAVE MY COMPUTERS OT 2 FLAT SCREEN TV’S IN THERE OR THEY WOULD OF BEEN GONE TOO THEY ARE SO WORTHLESS THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING TOO HELP ME OUT AND THE WOMAN ANNA KROTOV IS WORTHLESS SHE DOES NOT FO HER JOB NEITHER DOES SHE RETURN YOUR CALLS 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Kelly went above and beyond for me. Completely shoveled infront of my unit,laid ice melt down and brought a broom to sweep out the snow that had gotten into the unit and overall deliver some of the best Customer service i have ever received
Recently rented a storage unit and has problems using the app. The app indicated it could not find my information
I contacted the manager on site(Kelly) and was able to find the account and correct a misspelling that had slipped by.
The interaction with Kelly was friendly and professional and resolution came about quickly with her knowledge.

For once I got into the right storage space and the guy that runs it told me that I would need the size I got and I still have room for us to move around and find stuff

We rented parking spaces here for several months and had nothing but excellent service from the management at the facility. We recently vacated our spots and Kevin was so helpful with making our move out transition seemless! Thank you Kevin! - Melanie
stay away. ever since public took over the service went to hell, rental prices keep going up.and to top it off the lock on the unit has been cut off 3 times in 11 years and the guy in there say thats good track record. first they cut it off because the unit was marked vacant. while the account is set up for auto pay since 2013, second time they dont know what happened. third time i get a call from some dude telling me i better put a lock on the unit because the lock is gone. i go to check on the unit and the cut off lock is sitting inside the unit , boxes are missing and the rest is all mangled up in the unit.
was a 5 star review only due to diane the site manager here which always been great and respectful of customers and their belongings .

I tried to call them got redirected to a call center where the guy was literally asleep at the wheel snoring into his head piece exclamation point advertise $40 a month but then I got to throw in their little $10 a month insurance and the little $surcharge

Beware! Mice infested storage units! Not only did my rent jump up $50 since public storage bought Simply Self Storage, but mice have been a VERY big problem in the units. They have mice traps, but certainly not enough! I had to put some traps in my unit until I’m able to move next month. Half of which will now need to be thrown away due to mice droppings! Paying $273/month for furniture that will need to be replaced is ridiculous!! Their insurance only covers $500. Beware!!!
