Reviews
NEVER EVER RENT AT THIS ONE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME! This is the worst location ever! They don't help won't help won't let you in. Go through extra space storage you'd have better customer service, later access, can actually get your things any time of day. This is the worst the managers are all horrible. This location is god awful if I could give them 0 stars I would I hate this place I swear to god this storage facility should be shut tf down
I wish i would have chosen a different storage place than this one 1. They close early think 6 pm who is even off work but then ,2.they call you and leave voicemails if you haven't paid your overpriced rent saying it's a important matter if you are not calling to tell me my stuff has been stolen or is on fire or you (the caller) are paying for my storage then leave me alone 3. I have my stuff here because i am homeless in a motel not because i am a horader and i can't keep my stuff in my home so on top of paying almost 2,000 in a motel i have to pay my storage fees so i have alot going on and don't need your "courtesy call " definitely getting my stuff and moving out asap
This place is absolutely ridiculous. My storage unit was broken into the first work it was there by homeless people. It looked like they got access to an empty unit and wen̈t thru the wall all the way down the whole back strip. This happened at least 3xs while my things were stored here and they destroyed my whole unit. Secondly, they raised the rent from 199 a month to 233 a month which makes no sense due to the circumstances
My mind is blown! Who the hell closes at 6pm every day they are open 90% of the population doesn't get off work until 4,5,6 pm how do you people even have any business!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUSLY ABSURD thinking about calling the better business bureau do to the conditions and the damages to my property
The lady working there, Amanda, was very helpful today, since I'm vacating the unit, she helped me with that, special thanks to Amanda
It worked great
Customer service sucks! Prices are raise every 6 months. Started out paying a little over $100 at initial move in now we're up over $300. Not worth it. Can't access my stuff after 6pm. Not worth the money.
Mice infested and storage has holes in most of drywall
Everything was professional expedient and straight forward .🙃🙏💯🙏🥱
When We first moved in a year and a half ago our storage got broken into. We believe it was the fat chic at the front desk. We called the police. Nothing happened. Now for the lady 2 months our door will only open a little bit. We've put in maintenance requests, nothing has changed. They were supposed to put on a divinci lock, nothing. Today I crawled through and saw it was because the ceiling is caving in. I've called them 3 times today and allegedly someone is supposed to contact me and still haven't got a call. I'll be wrong if I take the ceiling down myself. We ate moving next weekend and wanted to go through and throw stuff away but they won't even call us back. However if by next weekend they still have not opened it then I'm taking the ceiling down myself, they can add it to my credit for damages and I might get back to them. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ON EAST STREET. HORRIBLE PLACE
If you need any assistance with customer service, be prepared for incredibly long wait times on the phone. I received an erroneous bill in my email after moving out. My account balance still said $0, but the email caused me to waste a significant chunk of time trying to track down customer service to clarify that I didn’t owe anything at all. While on the property, I noticed that another unit’s door was broken/dented from the outside, and the items inside were reachable and not protected. Also note that this is not 24/7 storage but can only be accessed during work hours. Overall, I would not recommend using this facility. It doesn’t seem to safeguard people’s belongings and the waste of time with customer service is really frustrating.
All combinations work well
This place is not a good place you don't have free access to your storage when you want because they lock the gate by 5 or 6 pm when
i first rented the space i had to pay uhaul extra for more days because of this places hours I wouldn't recommend this place if your moving a 3. Bedroom house there and for the price you pay it's just ridiculous.
This is an edited review. The same person who helped me a little over a week ago called me to tell me I left my Storage unlocked on Friday. I told her to please lock the door because I couldn't get there until tomorrow. Amanda told me no problem. She will lock it with a Davinichi lock. I found a ride the same night and when I got there she was going through my boxes. She was very surprised and told me she was trying to fund a name to figure out who's stuff was in the boxes. I have called the police. No wonder all the reviews say it's an inside job with the thefts. Totally true and I caught this thief red handed. A call to corporate will be my next call.
They painted the doors, and made a mess all over my stuff in the storage in the process.
Extremely pleased with the service provided! Definitely will recommend!!
Hershey was amazing (and so friendly)! I couldn't get into my unit due to rust on the lock and she was able to get me in so quick! I really appreciated the help.
Our unit was broken into, I do have a police report! My husband was incarcerated they would not let me into the unit until I had a power of attorney,in which I do understand that but once I was approved they would not let me transfer it over to my name so that I could get the app and pay it through there!! I continued to get calls from them asking for my husband multiple times after I explained he was incarcerated!! There was a lady that called and told me my stuff was up for auction the 14th it was auctioned off the 4th
Don't do it drywall kicked in and they failed to tell anyone about work being done. So could get in for 2 days.
Price was fair but now I see why it was so cheap. Can't get to my stuff after 6pm. Not for working people I guess. I arrived at 6:15 this evening to be locked out and have to come back tomorrow. This place isn't friendly for working people. That's ok I immediately set up a move out. I was never told the gate access was too restrictive. Don't know how this place stays in business.wont ever use them again after this.
Very horrible storage place. There is not a live person there, when something happens you have to call a number. There is no security and your items in your unit are not safe at all. Our unit got broken into as well as other ones previous to ours. They are breaking into empty units because there is no locks so anyone can lift the doors up. They are destroying plywood and climbing in to steal everything they can. According to police it's homeless people breaking in and the storage unit will not release video footage to the detective. District manager stated the units are now secure. Um if they are now secure are you saying they weren't before? If you ask for a new unit they tell you that you have to go to the kiosk and press a button and tell them to change units. Um why can't you do this over the phone? Don't rent from here.
Great place
