I originally only planned to store my things for a few months. Now that my plans have changed and I will be renting longer, Darren has been helpful and understanding with me. I've also noticed his attention to details with his job. He showed me a product that is wonderful and is keeping my items free of moisture. I'm so happy he showed me that and it works great.

It doesn’t happen often at all I write reviews, but this is the time I really want to do that. This is about Darren from Public Storage 1550 Old Church Rd. in Streamwood, Il. 60107.
Here what I want to share. I use different location (not far) but know Darren from that location (for quite some time now). It was always a joy to meet him there when making my monthly payments (which are not that exciting though - who likes payments). And here it is. I wanted to tell to whoever may read this, that first, Darren’s personality is that you always want to meet him and the second, whenever I asked him for anything then from his side, there has always been a warm welcome to those requests and ‘things delivered’ as I needed. That doesn’t happen often THESE days and will be less everywhere in the Future I predict. Then Darren was moved to Streamwood location. I will tell you this – I do not go to my closer location to make my monthly installments. I drive farther to his currently location – since I just want to see him and exchange a few laughs and again – whatever I ask and ask for - is always welcome. If you have your requests and you like this treatment – this review can help you with that also with BEST ARRANGEMENTS available that he diligently always is open to look for and he makes happen and for you he will too as I as one of the customers have been experiencing.
