I had an absolutely terrible experience with Public Storage. All of my belongings, including my furniture, were damaged. I had everything wrapped and sealed in plastic, but somehow rats and water still got into my belongings. The entire facility also had a terrible smell.
There were no trash cans on-site, and on top of everything, the rent kept increasing every couple of months. I also had to pay a $75 fee for a small couch, only to end up having to leave my furniture behind because it was so badly damaged and smelled so horrible that I couldn’t even bring it with me.
I am extremely upset and disappointed. My belongings are ruined, and this has been one of the worst storage experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly recommend thoroughly researching other storage companies before renting from this location. I personally will never use Public Storage again.

Make sure everything is in totes, storage containers with a lid closed shut. Wrap your furniture in plastic.. Do not put your clothes or personal items in boxes. It's spider webs and mice so protect your items and keep your unit clean. The workers from the office does not clean the hallways or remove spiderwebs from ceiling. So make sure you mop and sweep your unit before putting your items inside. They do have a restroom, If they allow customers to use it.

I visited the Public Storage on 111th and Morgan today to look at a few units for my car, and this time the experience was completely different—in a good way 👍. I was welcomed by the property manager, Drew, who was very professional and friendly from the start 😊. He answered all of my questions clearly and took the time to show me several units, really demonstrating that he knows the place inside and out 👌.
I’ve actually been here before, and my previous visit wasn’t great because the staff then came across as quite rude 😕. But thanks to Drew, my impression has totally changed. He was patient, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free 🙌.
Now I can confidently recommend this location to others. Great customer service makes all the difference, and Drew is definitely doing an amazing job 👏. I’ll be coming back for sure—thanks again for your help! 😊

I talked to a nice woman.?.?…idk about everyone else. My boyfriend said he say water leak… but I didn’t see damage when I checked I haven’t plugged up my microwave to see if it works 😂It happened to me in MD with like mold and stuff so I wouldn’t be surprised, but this is an honest review I haven’t went back yet to see how they will respond to me wanting to switch units/companies.

This place has bad issues with mice and rats 🐀 in the units although I have no food items at all in unit another issue is water 💦 gets in from the top vent and damage a lot of items.

Convenient location, but ridiculously infested with rodents. Staff were not inclined to act when notified. Frankly, they were disinterested.
To whom may benefit, when I purchased this unit I was active duty military. I retired shortly after to care for my mother. Due to my paydays only coming once a month I'm unable to make my payment on time because after retiring my paydays went from twice a month and less pay. I realize this is not the fault of the company. It's a choice I made to care for my mother. Circumstances change and that's life. The district manager called me and spoke to me as if I was a child. She told me regardless of my sittion I signed a agreement. True but she could care less about everyone situations can change. Very unprofessional district manager

Outrageously expensive, filthy, rarely anyone at the front desk and hours to access facility are ridiculous. Cannot and do not recommend this facility or any other Public Storage facility.
The property manager at this site does not answer the phone when trying to be contacted. I think it's unprofessional to send emails and then no one can pick up the phone at this facility. I will be in next Wednesday to speak to whoever the property manager is. I expect to be able to close my account out and retrieve my things. This was my first time using this facility and will be my last time. I don't see how you have workers and no one answers.

Its clean and low-key I went after hours one time which your not suppose to do but all I got was a friendly reminder to try to be earlier next time but you can access you locker after hours they just don't want you to!

I went in to just get some information and the young lady was so helpful and nice I know I’ll get a storage here.
Arrived at 9:30AM to pick up a storage unit I won at auction. Waited until 11AM due to no staff being present, no phone calls being answer ed. Called corporate and was told the staff member is "five minutes" away in the back sweeping out units, mind you I've been here since 9:30AM, and haven't seen anyone come or go. Several customers pulled up, tried the office door and left. Very poor customer service. Do not list hours that you can not uphold. I will avoid this facility in the future.
Dru was very patient with my mother. He gave her the best customer service. Not only did he assist her with choosing the best unit for her things, he helped her find her unit as well. I would definitely recommend my friends to this location.
