I recently visited my storage unit to grab a couple things. I’ve had the space not even 3 months and there was rat poop all over my tubs. I have no food their only house furniture and miscellaneous things. I am very disappointed and disgusted. I have an inside unit not even on the first floor. I’ve tried to call numerous of times because I have a busy work schedule and no answer or call back

I updated my review because I decided to check out the online deals and rent another storage unit and learn more about how things work and I took a closer look at how Public storage helps their customers. I was amazed, delighted and extremely satisfied with the customer service representative name Aida because she was patient with me, she helped me understand and she explained the rules and regulations to me step by step!!! Aida was understanding, informative, very kind and she has a positive attitude.
I also noticed how neat and clean this storage facility is and how the customer service was on top of things. I feel much better now about storing my items there and if I have questions I feel comfortable calling them. I appreciate Aida and another rep name Theresa. I definitely will recommend family and friends to this facility. They sure took a huge load off of my back and eliminated some of the stress in my life.... They stole my television out my storage place I told them they replied I’m the only one with keys to a lock I purchased from them filed a police report and did a claim a waste of time the claims said they couldn’t do anything to pay me for my television cause my unit didn’t have a force entry so why pay I insurance? They say they can’t cover for my television they got inside thieves at this facility don’t store anything here
